Nice place clean near bus stop too many local shops around by 5 min walk

Very very very clean Room and house like better than any hotel, the hospitality of the house owner can’t just write because she was very nice, friendly and helpful for everything. In the Kittchen you Cook what ever you want. The bathroom were always clean. The owner she always make us coffee ☕️ and leave it on the table, and every time she see us she give us some frozen water bottles and that was very kind from her.

First of all was the language because the owner of the house doesn’t know any language just Italian it was difficult to understand what she want from us but after all we did understand some things with translation. What weird was we did see a lot of water bottle everywhere in the house and we did stay 3 days but in the last day the water cutoff from the house and one of my friends didn’t get a shower and he use the water bottle that in the house.

Only beds were little bit comfortable and clean.

I do not recommend this place. It is awful. Very bad. I do not know how to describe feelings about this place. 1 - The host insulted me in russian. "Barane" , "Musulmane barane" 2-. The host only speaks in Russian and Italian. Not comfortable for communication. 3 - bathroom is in the kitchen. The only door for the bathroom is kitchen's bathroom, which is very hard to lock. If you do little mistake, you will be locked in there. 4- Doors are old and difficult to lock. 5- No elevator for 4th floor apartment. 6- Far from the city center. You need to have bus+bus, bus+ metro or 1.4 km walking + metro for the city center. Do not recommend this place

NOTHING.THE LOCATION IS LIKE A GETO-NOBODY WAS THERE TO WAITING FOR US. OLD DIRTY SMELLY BUILDING.

THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND NOBODY CAME TO THE APARTMENT. THE TELEPHONE THAT THEY HAVE IN THE SITE WAS CALLING IN UCRAINE. I'VE LOST MY MONEY-I WAS WAITING FOR 2 HOURS AND NOBODY CAME TO MEET ME. I SENT MY COMPLAINS TO BOOKING BUT IT IS A WASTE OF TIME....

The distance to the ferry port is 15 minutes by car. Once I understood that I am in a shared apartment with two other families, and the kitchen, toilet & living room are communal areas, then the experience became a bit better. The property was clean, the toilet was new and clean. I got a good night sleep, and the property served its purpose of a being a night-stop before I caught the ferry the next morning.

No privacy. This is a shared apartment and you are allocated one of the three rooms, and can expect to share the communal living room and kitchen with two other families. Location is in a run-down area. No parking nearby. 4th floor with no lifts. No signs to indicate the property name. No key to enter the property, and we would have been stranded if the door was not opened by another family who was inside the property. They thought they had the whole apartment to themselves and were not happy to share with us strangers, so they collected all their belongings and moved out of the property at 10.30pm. I felt very sorry for this family for their ordeal. No balcony as advertised. No private bathroom in the property, only a transparent shower cubicle in the kitchen, and it is not possible to shower if someone is cooking. Also, after everyone has left the kitchen, the lock on the kitchen door does not work, so no privacy. The toilet + wash basin is on the balcony. The road in front of the property has buses and vehicles running late at night making a lot of noise. The ceiling fan was old and creaky.
