Absolute gem of a house a short walk from Moody beach. Perfect for 2 families of 4. Loved using the porches, listening to the ocean to fall asleep, being woken up by the sunrise and cooking in the top of the line kitchen. This was our first Wells vacation and won’t be our last. We love the open middle floor and gorgeous porches. We have a disabled adult in our family and they are able to navigate the stairs. Nice railings on both sides and two landings on each flight.

This house was just beautiful. From the comfort,cleanliness,and spectacular views. Relaxing outside on the patio that the living area opens up to is so calming and pleasing. Watching and listening to the ocean waves. And there really are seals you see every morning. By far, one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in. We would definitely rent again. And Rick was a wonderful host.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in June along with our two adult children, their spouses and 3 granddaughters (2 are babies). We have rented several vacation homes in the Ogunquit area over the years, and this one is definitely our favorite! The house is very beautiful with amazing ocean views! Very short walk or drive to the beach(es), as well as restaurants and shops. Rick was the perfect host. We are already thinking of when we will reserve the house for next year.

This house is gorgeous!!! It is exactly like the photos. Rick is great. Super easy, timely communication. We never had a moment of stress. Everything in the house worked perfect, beautiful appliances all around. Absolutely love the massive fridge! Beautiful area for walks, quick drive to downtown Ogunquit, with the serenity of the beach when at the house. I would love to come back here with my family and likely will do that! This home is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for our family reunion. Very comfortable for older and younger folks and sparkling clean. The deck was a lovely spot for morning coffee for the adults and cartwheels for the kid. We all enjoyed it and everyone was amazed by the house and the views. We would love to come back!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had plenty of space and the house was spotless. The owner was very responsive and the house was as advertised. We were very satisfied and will likely rent here again in the future. Related, this neighborhood is perhaps the most idyllic beachfront community in New England. It feels like you are at the ocean. p.s. my only suggestion for improvement would be to have a broom in the house :)

This is our second time staying at this lovely house with it’s gorgeous views. Everything is so nice, the kitchen is very well appointed with high end appliances and plenty of dishes etc. the beds are comfortable too. We love everything about it.

This property was perfect for our family weekend. I would highly recommend the house.

The house was beautiful and comfortable which was a good thing since it rained all week. There was an issue with the downstairs bathroom but the owner was very responsive and had a plumber at the house within an hour of being notified. Would stay there again!!!!

The view of the ocean was amazing. We got to watch seals rest on the rocks every evening and watch them play. Every level of the house had great viewing. The beds were very comfortable and the Kitchen was well stock for making family meals. Our family thanks you.

Rick has a beautiful home with wonderful views of the ocean. I was up every morning to catch the sunrise from the large back deck. Quick access to all the amenities Route 1 has to offer, but removed enough on ocean so not dealing with a ton of traffic. Rick was extremely responsive when it came to answering my questions leading up to the trip and while on vacation. The house worked extremely well with our 2 families - one family on the bottom floor with the mid level common area separating from the family on the top floor. Very nice home/location. I would rent here again.

Love the Wells area….great stay

We travel with two disabled adults. Both are mobile, but we love the stairways with two landings between each floor and sturdy railings on both sides of the stairwell for them! There are bedrooms on the first and third floor with common living space on the second floor. Beautiful porches looking out to the ocean! A clean and spacious kitchen/living room area. This is a gorgeous place to stay!

Lovely house in great location. Convenient to route 1 restaurants and stores but located in quiet, peaceful area. The deck view could not be beat so we often chose restaurant take-out and simply sat back and enjoyed watching the ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped when we did decide to cook and living room area was very comfortable. Master bedroom was spacious and offered more fabulous ocean views. Quick ride to North Beach gave us some wonderful beach days and long walks in the sand. We would stay again!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this home. The set up was perfect for our group- having the second floor separating the bedrooms was great to allow for some space so those who woke up early or went to bed late did not disturb others. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The home was unbelievably clean- the kitchen was well equipped with all of the necessities. Stunning view from all of the balcony’s. So impressed with this place and we look forward to booking again!
