The apartment is very centrally located and it’s spacious. The living room is large and there is a piano. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms layout is odd and somewhat inconvenient. Also, the view is obstructed.
The steps outside of the 3rd bedroom were filthy- very dusty, with tree leaves and spider webs.
Some of the dishes (little wooden bowls) were dirty and sticky.

This property is beautiful! Loved parking in garage and walking to everything. Felt like we were in Europe with the views of the rooftops around us. Property was spotless and comfortable - we even cooked one evening as the kitchen was beautiful and so well stocked. Property managements very responsive- small item needed repair and was fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend .

The unit was perfect for our stay with our adult kids. Great shopping and dining. Close to many activities. It was great for the five of us to be together for a few days

Really great downtown location. Beautifully appointed with lots of outdoor deck and BBQ area to entertain. Great cooks kitchen. Can't get any closer to downtown than this. Underground garage is nice but be careful with low clearance sports cars, tight squeeze down the steep driveway.
Will definately come back in the future.

This property was wonderful. The location could not be beat. We were walking distance to everything. The property was stocked with top notch amenities. The attention to detail was amazing and it was very clean. The host was responsive and always available. I will definitely be visiting this property again.

Great property in the middle of everything. So easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The condo was immaculate and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Walk downstairs and be in the heart of Carmel by the sea.
The downside-driving under the property, not easy in anything the size of a Tahoe/Expedition. But once down there so much room and safety to unpack.

This particular weekend was a sunny 70 degrees weekend which allowed the doors to the rooftop patio to be open and people to flow through the apartment and onto the patio freely. Alex and his staff were easy to work with and helpful in making the party a huge success.

It is well suited for family gatherings and small parties. The kitchen is a caterer's dream and the bar area is perfect for a bartender to work. This particular weekend was a sunny 70 degrees weekend which allowed the doors to the rooftop patio to be open and people to flow through the apartment and onto the patio freely. Alex and his staff were easy to work with and helpful in making the party a huge success.

Golden Anniversary
We booked the Gardens for our 50th anniversary celebration. It was everything we hoped it would be. The home is spectacular, location is steps from some of our favorite restaurants and private parking in downtown Carmel is a huge plus. The property is very spacious and very private. We hope to come back again soon

Stayed for Pebble Beach Car Week. From the start to the end Alex was an excellent communicator, very accommodating, and instilled confidence we were going to have a great stay. He did not disappoint! It is hard to follow up Carneros Resort in Napa with just about anything but this was an amazing stay for couples who want to be steps from all the shops and restaurants. The La Cornue is oven was a nice little perk as was the grill on the porch. Everything was so easy from check in to check out to the elevator that opens in the apartment from the gated garage. We will definitely be back.

Best of all it’s located right in the heart of town, a block off Ocean, a block from Bicyclette Restaurant, our favorite, and close to all the restaurants and shops. You park in the underneath garage and take the elevator to the top which opens right into your unit. I can’t imagine a more beautiful space. We didn’t want to leave to visit the town!
It’s was great for a family reunion. To get to the 3rd, bedroom from inside the unit, you have to walk thru the Master bedroom. That could be awkward, but to avoid that, the person staying in that room can take stairs from a separate outside back entrance and use the spare keys.
The property was well stocked with anything you might need. We were given 2 bottles of wine from the winery below along with a free tasting. Alex, the property manager was very helpful. We’ll definitely stay again on a future visit!

Second time at the property. Alex was friendly as always, with a welcome bottle of wine again. Great location, great rooftop, great BBQ. Great steaks and restaurants right around the corner and wine tasting just downstairs.
