Not much asked for another room told nothing available wasn’t until we checked out something was offered but had made new booking elsewhere.Room was dirty and the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming

It’s noisy at night. Someone have a party like singing loudly in the lobby at midnight. The whole building can hear it. I called their staff to complain. They said they will stop but they did not!

The bed, the wifi and the hot shower were nice, the kettle came in handy, too. And on the contrary to our arrival, the staff was really nice during our stay. There are even some umbrellas that guests can use. Location is pretty nice too, a big mall with supermarket, many small eateries and a (morning) market are within walking distance (and cafes too, but we're in Vietnam, so no surprise with that)

Pictures, especially about the views from the rooms are incorrect, and at first the worst room was given to us, and even after mentioning this, staff started complaining about how long we're staying, how much I paid and how hard it is for them to give a room with a view since they use the best picture for all the rooms. Unlike on the picture, the room didn't have a chair (later got a stool). The location of the hotel on Booking.com is also incorrect by app. 500 m.

Staff was friendly but lacks English skills

-Even the floor is more comfortable than this bed -Facilities are not working -When it's raining the room transforms into a swimming pool due to leakages -'Free cancelation' is not possible after you've checked in -Seems like they don't care about the comfort of their visitors -Not a comfortable vibe at all -No chance that all the reviews are real

cost wise, the place is very reasonable and meet my expectation on cleanliness and location. i like the view infront of my bed when i wake up and seeing the view really calm my mind and heart. although space is not just enough especially when u are caring big bags/luggage due to limited space. but overall the bed and ambiance is really comforting. surely will book again once travelling in dalat :)

the bed was rock solid, the mattress felt like we were sleeping on the floor, no give at all.

We stayed in a room on the bottom level. The soundproofing is awful. We could hear the neighbours snore and they were up until 12Am and on the second night they woke up at 4am and played the radio which was very loud. They also smoked in the room which we could smell. Reading other comments, it seems like they live here and were not just staying temporarily.

if you want sleep do not take room nr 14. In the hotel is a lift and it makes noise all the time. Lack of isolation makes hotel very uncomfortable, you can hear people on toilet 🙈🙉. Even surrounding is noise despite distance from centrum. The worse thing are very hard mattress, as a wood 🤯🙈. 3 nights were for us purgatory.

the penthouse room is stunning - 360 view to the neighbourhood and mountains. spacious clean rooms. nice staff. the smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. washing machine and a great balcony. great place to stay in Da Lat
