Обед и ужин были вкусными, разнообразными.
Номер снаружи был очень красивым, вид шикарный.
Нас было шестеро. Бронировали 3 номера, заранее оплатили все. Нам дали очень красивые номера возле бассейна. Но в первый же день в 706 номере я увидела что там очень много муравьи. И сразу же сказала об этом в ресепшен, они ответили что сделают уборку и все будет норм. Но и на завтрашний день их было даже больше. Я три раза жаловалась, но администрация не хотела поменять нам номер. В 708 номере проживала сестра, у нее появились сыпь на теле, мы думали это муравьи. Но в последнюю ночь, когда мы посмотрели под матрасом, оказалось там еще есть и клопы. На ресепшене сказали что сделают дезинфекцию и все, мы так и не добились того чтобы нам поменяли номера. Мы не первый раз. Были еще 2023году с друзьями, тогда все было норм и поэтому вернулись. Теперь ни ногой сюда, и никому не советую данный отель.

Очень красивый отель, соотношение цена/качество отличное
Не было теплого одеяла и не смотря на то, что путешествовала осенью, когда еще было тепло - ночью замерзла. Также далековато от центра, если останавливаться на несколько дней- не очень удобно.

L'hôtel a un look "qui en jette", et c'est de bon goût ! Le personnel est aimable, souriant et accueillant. Arriver à 2:00 du matin n'a posé aucun problème, il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception. Le petit déjeuner à lui seul vaut toute l'attention. Il s'agit d'un buffet très bien garni, il ne manque rien ! L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart de la ville, mais à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport.

We arrived very late. The staff were excellent. We left early the next day for a flight to Cyprus 🇨🇾 the staff were very helpful. We would definitely book again.

Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable. The indoor and outdoor design was very nice. It was also comfortable that there were two pools and it wasn't cramped.
The breakfast served was the same every day. They were even using the leftovers from the day before. The cleaning was done every day but very poorly. The sheets and towels had stains on them.

Lara Garden Boutique Hotel is not fit for operation. My room (201) had no running water, mixed WiFi signals, electricity outages, and bed bugs. I advise that this hotel is taken off Booking.com until their operations are rectified. Upon requesting a refund for the hideous experience of being bitten by bed bugs in their room, they are yet to get back to me. Inexcusable.

The hotel has a nice small garden , but i felt its not for tourists , it was mostly local tourists who will make u feel strange
There were two buildings, one is far and one with a lobby , unfortunately our room was in the far building and we didn’t have a phone or intercome to contact the reception.

The staff was very attentive, which was felt in everything
I didn't like the cats that were in the kitchen all the time. I even saw fur in the food, which is harmful to my health because I have a cat allergy and the food and the cat on the table are very dirty.It was also a lie on the part of the manager, he took us to two other rooms instead of the reserved room and tried to extort money from you. He claimed that the number you bought on the booking, I don't know, you have to add money. He made us hell for two whole days. The air conditioner didn't work for a while and when people stopped us, we barely managed to enter the place where we booked and paid the money.

I liked the design and style of the hotel, rooms were comfortable.
The staff were rude especially the reception staff and unaccommodating! there was no towels for the pool area, no hot water for shower only luke warm after running for 10 mins, no iron available despite me confirming before arrival. The 24/7 bar was for beer only, no ice available at any time, the dining area was a wash with flies over the limited food choices. It was such a bad experience. Such a shame a beautiful hotel being badly managed and missing the basics.

No lunch/dinner options in the hotel or nearby - the nearest eating place is 15-20 minutes walk away and it's not a pleasant walk along the road. The pool was not open at the end of March, despite description saying it'll open since 15th of March. Wifi barely reach the room.
