Nice location for the Dutch Moutain trail Everything was clean and ready to use (small kitchen)

Super noisy (you can really heat the person next door, as if she/he was next to you) I had a blanquet for 1 person (even wondering if it was not for a child as it was very small and short) on a bed for 2… Really not comfortable or convenient!

Room looked amazing and was really value for money. The location was ideal.

We had no hot water at all for 3 days. No one was at reception and we called the hotel and they said they would look at it then never resolved it and could not be reached after the first call even when called multiple time. Even now after the booking was concluded.

I really liked the location, there are a lot of picturesque places nearby in Vaal. A lot of shops, cafeteria, the bus shop is nearby. A perfect location for those who want to spend time in the Netherlands and Germany simultaneously. Lovely rooms with everything necessary provided

Glass doors in the toilet is a beautiful but useless design solution. I think this rooms are mostly for the people who travel alone

Person in charge extremely kind and helpful in offering solutions and improvements. Excellent shower. Nice walking around in the fields.

Lack of freezer. Lack of place where washed dishes get dried. Too much light in the morning (window above the entrance door could not be blinded). Lack of instructions for vitroceramic hob. Lack of oven.

spacious accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, great location and car park on site. the landlords were really kind and helpful - we arrived late/after check in time and when contacted they responded straight away. thank you 😊

Perfect location! 50 meters on your left is Vaals a nice Netherlands city and 50 meters on the right is Aachen, big enough German town. And Belgium is not so far also.

I liked everything about this place. A very clean, modern, spacious place, very well equipped and the staff were polite and helpful. A large room, with underfloor heating, a modern bathroom with large shower cubicle and a power shower, and an unusual clear glass bathroom door! A fridge with a nice cold bottle of beer and simple cooking facilities This is an american style motel accommodation providing very comfortable stay with no frills. The bus stop to the centre of Aachen was 2 minutes walk and a return ticket cost £5 per person, cheaper than paying fr a car park. This is an honest buisiness provididing excellent value for money stay, and they deserve all the support we can give them.

Perhaps the only thing was noise from the main road, which was no problem for a heavy sleeper like me, or a pair of ear plugs will do the trick.

Be aware, scam! Property declares all rooms are 33m2 with kitchen, but apparently they can put you into twice as small room without any kitchen (there were a lot of kitchen stuff though, but no stove or microwave, so all these pots and pans are useless). Owner tried to convince me that I booked "Economy room", but there is no such thing as "Economy room" on this site of this property. There is only one option - "Double room". Because property did not meet expectations owner agreed to do 50% refund on the next week after stay. I am still waiting for refund after 4 weeks and all messages and calls from me and customer serivce are ignored even though customer services confirmed that property agreed to do a refund (they have access to messaging).

The beds were slightly too firm.

Room was big and clean overall good.

No reception! Waited a couple hours to get the key. Phones where not answered, with the help of booking.com contact with the owner was made. Also when checking out there was no one at the reception.

The room was clean and has got everything you need. I have got nothing to complain.
