For an economy hotel, there was nothing to complain about! Decent sized room, clean, comfortable. Great breakfast, as is typical in Germany.

We had a lovely evening at the hotel and really delicious breakfast. We were welcomed by a very kind receptionist and helped us around. We were coming home in England and had to stop for the night. The hotel is just off Aachen on a very good and quiet location. The beds were extremely comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of warm and cold food and was really delicious. It has very nice garden with flowers to sit and drink outside

Easily accessible by car, hotel Bismarckturm is perfect for a good night of rest after visiting Aachen or the surrounding areas. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely paths nearby for a morning walk or run.

Good location: 10 minutes by bus from the center. Delicious breakfast. They even provided gluten free bread upon the request of my friend. Restaurants is fantastic: big portions, variety of food Rooms are big and comfortable, good value for money (cheaper compared to other hotels).

No elevator. After midnight you need to enter through a back door; not clearly marked and hard to find. Some staff speak poor English but you can get by with Italian.

Room size and location. Nice warm bathroom.

The restaurant experience. Extremely rude staff member (with dark glasses). He was extremely rude to my wife when I was at the bathroom! Food was tasteless and poor! I had a lumberjack steak and you needed a chainsaw to cut it! I wrapped it and gave it to my dog!

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Very good value for money !
