We had troubles with the online payment initially and had to message a couple of times to get in contact with the owner to be given a payment link that worked. All was resolved satisfactorily and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great space for small families - compact but with everything we needed in the kitchenette. Location is fantastic, close to multiple metro lines but didn't feel too touristy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We travelled to CDG airport and then made our way to the apartment by train. We had to take 3 trains which was a bit difficult with luggage, pushchair and 4 kids so on the way back we took an uber which cost around 80 euro. There were no keys for the apartment, codes were sent before arrival once the balance was paid. There were 5 codes to get into the apartment but we managed fine and to be honest I preferred this to keys as there was no risk of losing them. The apartment is in a great location, lots of shops and cafe's nearby and nice for a wander. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked a couple of times. Even made use of the appliances and used the washing machine. Washing tablets, dishwasher tablets and other things like salt and pepper were available so we only needed to buy food which was really helpful. We are a family of 6 so we used the sofa bed and both double beds. They were all super comfortable and we slept really well. There was no noise at all. The 2 bathrooms were great. The showers were fab and so easy to use! In fact, all of the appliances were easy to use, including the coffee machine which kindly had coffee pods included. The apartment was clean and large enough for our big family over Christmas. We had a bit of an issue getting the wifi to work and had to contact the owner to ask for help but we managed to get it working before they replied. They seemed helpful though and replied to my message so assume they would have sorted it if we hadn't managed to get it working. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Great location: 5 min from the Metro station, restaurants and Bars close by. The apartment is in a very good condition and well equipped.

It was very comfy and modern! The beds are good and new! The bathrooms are modern and clean. They had an elevator which was helpful for our baby stuff. The location was a jackpot!

Offering a highchair. In Germany it is normal to have a mattress in the travel baby bed, but most countries does not have them.

The host was very communicative checking that we were ok and ensuring we had all the right codes for the doors in the right order ´very well organised. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with all the right utensils, crockery etc. The bathroom as a very good size with a very good mirror and vanity unit. The shower was excellent and the towels very comfortable and fluffy. The host had provided very good information on local shops and restaurants which we found very useful. The location and cleanliness - which is important to me.

The internet service was not available during our stay. I've tried to contact the property to fix it but nothing was done till the end of our stay. As the internet is important for my work, I had to rely on free internet services elsewhere which was so inconvenient. The staff also went quiet after informing me that the service will be fixed. Really frustrating😫

The owner of the hotel is aggressive and cannot be a host in any way!!! The hotel room is one meter high and the human head hits the ceiling! Two days before the stay, he informed me through the booking.com platform chat that I should be checked in online and for this I should register on a platform and . he provided a WhatsApp contact number, but the settings of this number were such that it was not possible to find it! I ran into a problem when registering on the hotel website for online check-in, and after the third step, it was not possible to continue the process, on the other hand, it was not possible to find the owner or support of the hotel. My messages on the Booking.com platform also went unanswered. Until my family and I arrived at the hotel and the owner of the hotel sent us a message that you did not check in and your reservation was canceled!!! I told him I messaged you about the check in problem and he said there was no problem and my reservation was cancelled!!! Finally, after arguing, he said that I should send him my documents and that I should pay the hotel fee + 400 euros as a deposit! I told him that my old mother needs the WC, let me make the payment in 10 minutes, but he did not accept and I got angry with him and said that you do not have any proper behavior with hotel guests!!! During the stay, the owner of the accommodation argued with me through WhatsApp chat and threatened me that he would kick me out of the hotel and that I should look for another hotel! My family was stressed after the tiredness of the flight that there is a possibility of being kicked out of the hotel!! When I entered the bedroom, we noticed that the ceiling of the room was one meter high. so that there is a possibility of hitting the ceiling while sleeping!!!

The place is great and clean. The location is great in Paris and there are bars nearby too.

We wish that host would have communicated with us a bit better prior to the arrival. We didn't get any response until we arrived even though there were no problems for us to get the code needed to access the apartment. It is rare to not be able to communicate with a host these days. I hope that this could be improved so other people will run into the situation. There are a few minor things that could be improved such as lighting (too dark in the evening), no toilet paper holder, and no holder in the shower room for any bottles (we could only leave the bottles on the shower room floor. Maybe these are more French things that I have no idea about. Again these are minor things though. The place is very spacious and clean. Also, I had to provide payment information again during the check-in from the online link provided by the host. I thought the payment should have been used from what's on booking.com. So this made me have a second thoughts for a second.

I loved the location. There were great cafes outside the door. It was modern and clean and a beautiful apartment.

The accommodation was neat, modern and beautifully decorated. It had all the facilities we needed and more. The location was great with restaurants, bars and many retail stores walking distance as well as the metro being close to get around. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing loft apartment , include upper terrace with 3 beds , kitchen , living room and another double bed room. The apartment is large , very clean and equipped very well for fast cooking. Location is good near the Bastille and close to the metro.

The location is great, many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. The flat is nice and well equipped.

It was a bit hard to dry the dishes, since the towels were brand new.

Location is great, two minutes walk from Place de la Bastille, still very quiet as the rooms face an internal courtyard. Very easy to get in with the door codes, super clean, the flat is newly refurbished, very confortable beds.

Unfortunately there's no luggage storage so we couldn't leave our baggage there for a few hours after the check-out.

Everything was perfect. Very clean, renovated and spacious apartment, equipment with everything you need. The owner was available throughout the stay and the communication went flawlessly. We’ll definitely come back here.

Nothing really. The fridge was acting out so everything we put in there ended up frozen and maybe if we could have a baby chair next time we come back.
