The apartment itself. Very spacious.

That the pillows (not the shams) need to be washed because they smell sweaty. Also, need to sweep and mop under the bed. Very dirty under it.

Interior was pleasant and very clean. Nice towels, laundry, TV. Dishes to use etc. Close to the beach.

The main issue was the daily morning till 2:00am techno music, which was blasted outside. I had read this was a quiet, charming surf town. Not the case, it’s a party town. Less replace by, but mentionable: house has an Odd floor plan, also floor has random areas that changed level, but not a true or visible step, which caused stumbling/tripping at first. Entrance is flanked by a Subway sandwich shop and a car rental place, not charming.

The location is super close to everything. Garrafones with drinking water was supplied, which is a super nice to not have to worry about in MX. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas & chairs, made service, good A/C in all the rooms, Authentic Mexican decor and feel to the house, washer and dryer, etc.

Other reviews have noted the noise from the bar next door. It was louder than we expected. Didn't really bother us though. We travel with a little white noise speaker.

The house was great value for money! The house was very comfortable, very well equipped and lots of space for our family of five. It was super clean and the housekeepers were great. It was in the heart of Sayulita and close to everything. Having beach chair, beach towels and boogie boards was fabulous. There is a great food stand right outside the front door a delicious fish and shrimp tacos!!!

There is a downside to being in the heart of town -it was really loud in the evening often well past midnight. I am not complaining about it, because the bands were great! It was just unexpected how loud and really late it could be. So if you are expecting a quiet place - this isn’t for you. Also there is construction happening upstairs, so if you are still resting after listening to the bands playing in the evenings, then construction noise started in the mornings some days.

this place is exactly how described! beautiful Mexican flare, decorated very tastefully! it’s location is amazing for the sayulita buzz. I would highly recommend this!

spacious, clean and right in the centre of Sayulita! no need for cars and Javier very punctual with check in ! maid service every day plus fans and air on if required ! great place to stay in Sayulita … highly recommended!
