Basic room, great location. It's about midway between the bus station and the centre of town. Short walk each direction. Good little security enterence and lockbox for your room keys when you head-out.

Could use a bit more maintenenace. The mounted bedside lamp on 1 side was broken and missing, the shower door wouldn't close property getting the whole bathroom soaked when you shower. Just little things. Still had a great stay.

Our stay was great, the property is really nice and clean and has a very good location, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The staff were super helpful and always attentive. The room is very quiet and has a really good air conditioned. We highly recommend it!

Casa Pia is in a great location - close to the centre of town but not so close that the noise is overwhelming. The rooms are really well designed with modern decor and beautiful bathrooms. A good base for a stay in Sayulita.

The noise does travel between the rooms, although not as badly as other properties I stayed in.

Casa Pia is a lovely and modern place to stay. It's not a big hotel — only a few rooms, but everything is decorated with taste and gives out a cozy vibe:) We arrived early on the day of check-in, but they let us into the room immediately! They also stored our bags for almost a whole day upon check-out, since we were travelling in the evening. Great value for money, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sayulita!

The location was excellent staff so friendly coffee shop below Mugre Animal beautiful coffee cleaning stuff top knotch,. ..would definitely recommend this place ......the blue door made all the difference Excellent.

Couldn't fault this place

it is very secure with a coded gate to get into the actual Airbnb, and it is right above an excellent coffee and breakfast shop. One block over is a great pancake house. And then there are two great restaurants one for traditional Mexican food and one for excellent seafood tacos on the same street as well as three pharmacies. You don’t even need to leave the block if you don’t want to. It is always very clean it’s a well laid out. And the staff are all helpful and friendly

The location was really great and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi works well also.

I stayed in room number 12 which is incredibly loud. The roof is made of palapa so you can hear any noise - it's in the "quiet" part of town, but the neighborhood stores play loud music in the morning and there in construction as well. There was also a concert one night so I wasnt able to sleep due to the noise until late in the morning. My friends rooms were much more quiet but less spacious than mine.

Very clean and the A/C worked fast and was easy to adjust. We liked the look of the bathroom and we were please to see that there was a refrigerator, so we could eat breakfast there.

You cannot use the terrace after 7pm, which seems a bit early and it is too warm to sit there during the day.

The location was close enough to walk to the city in a few minutes but much quieter than the plaza. The terrace was great and it was a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

The location was good, walkable to everything in the town centre. But, of course, everything in Sayulita is basically within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable with soft blankets and a lot of pillows.

The room was somewhat "prison-like" with minimal decorations and cement walls. The most disappointing thing was the shower though. There were instructions stating that you must turn the handle in one direction to start the hot water, but it didn't work for us. Trust me, we tried everything. The water was scalding hot, so we couldn't even touch it, let alone shower in it. When we tried to turn down the temperature it would turn freezing cold. My boyfriend and I tried for half an hour to get it to work but no matter what we did, it was either burning hot or freezing cold. We ended up taking a cold shower.
