Ok first of all this is the best place I have ever stayed in all my international travel . The hospitality, location, rooms, service , literally everything was amazing. They did a balloon and sign for my boyfriend’s birthday . They went above and beyond multiple times for us and I seriously can’t rate them high enough . If you are wanting to go to Sayulita this is 100% your place . PERFECT location . So close to everything yet quiet and relaxing too . LOVE LOVE LOVE . Thank you guys at Ysuri for a wonderful trip .
I wish they had washcloths for taking a shower and stuff . That’s literally my only negative I can think of but it’s no biggie if you just bring some!!

The staff was excellent. Pool pristine and grounds
immaculate. We stayed in room 112 and were exactly 8 steps to the pool. We will certainly return.
The tile floor was clammy, almost wet, even with fans going.

Great location and parking
Hot water didn’t work

The location was fabulous and the pool view was very pleasing. When we booked the only room available was a standard Garden Room — so unfortunately we did not have the beautiful views some of the other rooms had. The staff were very nice and accommodating. You have the ability to rent a golf cart at the hotel which is a convenient feature and I would recommend doing so. Overall for the location and the privacy it was a nice hotel.
I would have preferred the sheets and bed linens to be changed each day with the room cleaning. We slept on dirty sheets for multiple days.

The staff couldn’t do enough to help you , communication was excellent the whole way through the booking process .

Perfect location - short walking distance to town and the beach, but far enough away from the action to relax and enjoy quiet at the property. Great pool with a beautiful view, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, large room and balcony, poolside bar and good quality food and drinks. Could not have been more pleased with our stay, definitely recommend!

Just what I needed; steps to the beach, restaurants, boats and massage! Very clean, beautiful property, lots of natural landscape which I love! AND quiet. I am a regular to Sayulita for 30 yrs, it is now way over run with tourists, Ysuri felt like I was in old Sayu. The staff still had the friendly Sayulita vibe! Relaxing, to where I stayed on property most of my trip. Pool, beach, margarita at their bar near the pool, jacuzzi on my patio, dinner at restaurant in front on the beach, repeat.
No screens on doors or window so couldn't sleep with the sounds of the ocean and nature as I am a magnet for mosquitos.

Staff was nice and this was a great location. Same with the views.
Sayulita seems to have changed. Don't speed on the way over if you rent a car. The police will see the rental car sticker on your windshield and pull you over and try to get you to bribe them. This happened to us even though we were going the speed limit.
All the street vendors and restaurants are very expensive. Most wanted more money for a shirt than I typically pay for in the US.

Great location - close enough to town but also located far enough away in a peaceful, serene setting.
Suite was nice and roomy, large deck with fantastic views. Great Pool area.
Poor lighting overall in suite. Bathroom lighting was terrible and no bedside lights for reading. Need towel hooks in bathroom for hand towels.

Location was great, easy walk to town. Staff was flexible due to Hurricane Lidia.
Need face washcloths in the room. Tie restrauant and bar into hotel bill.

Ecxellent customer service!!
The location, the rooms , the comfort of my stay!!♥️♥️♥️👍🏽

Value for money excellent. Was low season so that helped. Pool area was great break from beach. Bar and food service was great. Association with Taboule beach club is great addition. All the Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pool loungers could do with upgrade as cloth stretched out and flimsy so not overly comfortable. That was the only minor issue i noted at the resort

The cleaning staff was always on top of making sure the grounds and rooms were very well taken care of. Our room was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The location was also great! Only a short walk to the center of town, but far enough away that you heard none of the noise at night.
4.5
Far enough away from the hustle of town but close enough to walk easily. Pool was well tended and the beach club over the road was awesome too! Room cleaned daily and fresh linen/ beach towels daily. Safe, secure access to the hotel and rooms all on pin pads. A free ride to the bus station via golf cart!
More drinking water could have been provided, 2 500ml bottles daily was not enough. Some surfboard/paddle boards for use at the beach would have been great. No discount at the beach club over the road as hotel residents.

The view from our room was amazing! The location was great- close enough to walk into town, but far enough that it was quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing property adjacent to the beach. A five minute walk from the restaurants and shops of Sayulita. the hotel was very accommodating helping to make arrangements for airport transportation. we were impressed with the facilities, level of quality in the rooms - including bedding and linens. highly recommend.

A very nice, clean, stylish room, with a fabulous balcony and view, complete with hot tub on balcony. The pool area was nice, and the staff kind and helpful, especially Iris and Elias. They even let us use the pool and keep our luggage there before moving to a new place. There was no breakfast included, and we did not utilize any food or drink service, but plenty of nearby options. Minor noise due to party people, but not a problem, and located in the quiet part of the beach. (Note that we stayed in a room with long stairs, which is only a problem if you have mobility issues, and really nothing to worry about).
No complaints really, but if we think of what could have been better: More hot water so that we could fill up the hot tub and take a hot shower, and less stress over sheets (we were warned that any stains on sheets could lead to a surcharge).

Superb view. Great pool. Nicely landscaped grounds. Secured grounds so no need for guest bracelets - Great! Glad to have a lift. Would have been very trying without. Huge room and balcony with jacuzzi bath (Not a hot tub so a little worrying use of water). Very comfortable bed and good to have a continually restocked supply of coffee.
Customer service was bizarre. Overtly very helpful - indeed insistently so - but when it came to it no real help at all - apart from booking a limo to the airport at the end of our stay Strange design and decor in the room . So minimalist it was bleak. Location of main accommodation block allowed for a great sea view but also meant the balcony got no sun at all. Associated 'beach club' across the road seemed to operate quite independently from the hotel so they insisted you bought something there to consume if you sat down - or indeed entered it! Charged extortionately for a beach chair.

Staff were happy and very helpful, check in and out was smooth, pool deck and view were great. Limited parking in Sayulita and they have a small private parking garage. Beach restaurant was great. Location to central area is only a short walk. Codes to front gate and room, you don't have to carry a room key. Overall a very nice hotel!
Room 251- very clean and the bed was very comfortable, shower and towels were great, but in all our travels, we don't think we have ever seen a room with less colour, personality or natural light. A picture or mirror, some flowers, any wall decor or colour would go a long way. It worked for us because we were out all day looking at real estate and weren't on Vacation but if I was, I would not be happy with this room. The hallways echo, one night we were woken up several times because of people coming home late at night.

I’m in my 50s so I’ve stayed in well over a 200 hotels and this was so chill and relaxing with amazing views of the ocean & beach ( 10 steps across the street ) This is not a crazy party all inclusive that goes past midnight. i love that kind of thing but this time 6 straight days of zen bliss.. wow, it could not have been better. walk 5 mins to the main square for dinner & party vibe then back to the hotel for tranquility. The room was spacious, huge shower large balcony with tub. The staff were the kindest folks you could meet. We are now in crazy zone at another hotel for 8 days, i wish i could go back for last week after this but alas they are booked. I’m not surprised. We will be back repeatedly. ❤️

Perfect location on a quiet street across from the beach and a 1 minute walk to town.
No keys for the front gate or room. Just codes. So you can go down to the beach right across the street to swim without having to bring a bag. SO convenient. Very friendly staff and always available via WhatsApp. I asked them to bring extra water to my room and it was always there when I got back. When the wifi was down they reset the router right away. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Very clean and efficient, Fabolous views throughout the hotel
None but would love to see the bar stay open till maybe midnight-ish. For us late night drinkers ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Front beach street, very convenient if you just want to relax and expend time at the beach.
There is not hot water in the shower. I had to call every day to the staff to fix it.

Location was great, nice new building, great pool with "warm' area like a submerged warm tub. Security was also good. Friendly staff and a close walk to Los Muertos beach and a good view of the main beach. Quiet at night, nice bar during the day with food and drinks at a very reasonable price. Smart tv with Netflix and AC and fans.
Only two towels were provided in the room, had to go to the reception for pool towels, no hair dryer, very large room but anyone walking past could see in. Only blackout blinds so nothing to let in light just completely dark. Our room was on the pool 1st level so lots of traffic near. Only two small water bottles are provided in a place where you need a lot more, the water is not consumable from the taps even for brushing teeth (8 years experience this town) otherwise good place. Could have used lights near the bed but only ceiling lights on the room. Fixtures near the bed were just decoration.
