We can feel a draught near the window. Actually you can even see the ligher curtain move. There is a heavier curtain but it doesnt stop the draught totally. We had to move the bed around as we started to get a cold after the first night. The duvet is slim. But you can put the heater up.

It was warm. Internet was good.

A lot smaller than the photos implied. Lots of small things needed to be fixed. Bathroom radiator needs to be bled, one of the stools needs to be tightened up, tin opener was broken. Could have been cleaner. Too many lockboxes to be checked before we found the right one. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Bed against the wall not ideal.

Windows isolation, air was coming through the window at night and room was super cold. Room is quite small, bed is almost inside the kitchen.

We liked the location, being in the centre close to restaurants and shops. Parking was covered, secure and on site. The room was clean with a good size shower room and the bed was comfortable. At the time of our visit it was fairly quiet.

Getting into the apartment was complicated, even with the directions given. Our entry went as follows: Found the address easily. Drove right up to garage doors. Couldn't find the key box. Eventually found it. (There are several identical boxes. It should be marked in some way!) Retrieved keys, opened garage doors, guessed which direction to drive as only one way was marked. Found parking bay ok. Found the door to the lift by accident, it's very dark in the garage and in the hall in front of the lift. We eventually found light switch high on the side wall. Found the main door and entry keypad easily. Couldn't find where the magnetic opening spot was at first. (Very inconspicuous.) Finding the lift and the room was straight forward. It would have been easier if the instructions told you to temporarily park the car just past the arches, next to the key boxes. And that you need the door opener to access the garage. We had only driven for a few hours to get to the apartment but had we had a longer journey, it would have been too much! Unfortunately the room was hot with no A/C. The fan helped but obviously only moved around the hot air. The shower tray was very unsecure.

renting a place in the south without air conditioning is not great the instructions from the owner to us were good but they never replied to my messages….fortunately everything went well

the location was top-notch! by the river with lots of restaurants!

1. no air conditioning - it was a major problem! it was impossible to breathe in there (july stay), we could hardly sleep :( sadly, the fan was not sufficient 2. very small double bed. setting it against the wall in the corner made is even more uncomfortable for a couple. 3. squeaky shower 4. the cleaning person should have paid more attention - some of the surfaces were very dusty and there were dirty glasses and plates in the cupboard. Also, they left NO toilet paper (for a three night stay!!) not cool! 5. it took me two weeks and a lot of correspondence (the host was not very responsive and uncooperative) to get the invoice I asked for upon making the reservation! at first they denied to issue an invoice altogether (sic!) and i really had to fight for it and involve booking customer’s office. very annoying and unprofessional!!! so if you’re on a business trip, better look for something more legitimate.

Terrible check-in procedure and communication. Sent a message the day before, no reply. Had to call repeatedly the day of our check-in to finally get an answer, only picked up after our check-in time. Host was friendly, but he had to explain the check-in procedure over the phone which made it unnecessarily complicated. Apartment itself is cheap for Toulouse, but also has a lot of drawbacks: constant horrible sewer smell in the bathroom, which is also barely ventilated, so you would have to keep the door open, but then the entire apartment smells like sewage. The apartment also isn't cleaned or maintained well: dirt and hair in the bathroom, broken lamps, not enough kitchen materials (only 1 bowl etc.), ...

We really liked the apartment and the location and of course adding the parking was a bonus. Specially shower was superb! The only issue we had was the previous visitor forgot to put the room key in the box, so we had to wait for the host. He was quite fast to act and very responsive.

No AC

Had a great stay there and would stay at the same place again if I came back to Toulouse. + The kitchen was a big plus. It had a fridge, a microwave, a stove and a sink. It also had other things that come with a kitchen, such as cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. + The bathroom was big and modern + The location was great near the river and nearby the city centre with many restaurants nearby + The self check-in and check-out process was very simple + The Wi-Fi was great + The included Netflix was a great touch

- There was no AC which meant it became quite hot during warm days. However, there was a fan that helped mitigate the heat somewhat. - The apartment was not soundproof so you could hear other people outside the apartment. Both from the outside and from the corridor. - The amount of dishes, i.e., plates and cups was a bit limited. could have been a few more of them. - The bed was about 120cm wide. Could be a bit wider if there are two people sleeping there, but it worked fine.

Great and easy check in, check out; super helpful to have parking in otherwise busy, hard to park Toulouse, and perfectly located right on plaza by river (where the annual tango festival is held), so it's not quite in center, so less noise, way less traffic, super easy to get in and out with a car. The room was very clean, hot water great, though the neighbors did make some noise, which stopped by 10pm. Building was very. quite otherwise, and so so convenient to see all the Toulouse city center sights. Great food options right outside the door.

A bit complicated to get in and out with the many keys/door tags, remote, but with so many doors/steps to enter, unavoidable. The owner helpfully sent pictures of every step on the way. The room was a little small but cozy.

Nice studio/apartment close to old town of Toulouse. Spotlessly clean. Everything you would need for your stay. Good shower. Secure parking & secure building. Host sent photos with instructions of how to obtain keys & entry.

Small double bed up against the wall. Room very warm, fan in room but a humidifier would be better.

The location is good for visiting the city. All amenities needed were provided. Safety measures taken and the explanation provided for the self check-in.

The bed was extremely small for 2 people. Room is also a bit small. No air conditioning and is a bit noisy from the bars in the plaza.

Impossible to contact the host despite mail requests. No internet available as password was not shared. Foto's to explain the proces of key pickup and building excess not up to date and does not explain opening of gate to parking garage. A lot of trial and error.

Great location. Extremely secure. Very clean & had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable bed. Fabulous shower. Small cooking area with full size fridge. Has a lift. Secure parking underground.

The room is as advertised, 226 square feet. It is about 3 meters wide, with the bed against the wall. The kitchenette is functional enough to cook eggs or hamburgers, etc. The bathroom is a very good size, and the shower was good. There are a lot of directions to get in to the garage and in to the building. We did not realize, but there is an elevator in the garage that goes in to the building. We walked all the way around with luggage and groceries. The location is very convenient to the waterfront and the heart of the city.

I now realize that 226 square feet is too small for me, except maybe on my last night before flying out.

Perfect location near the river, easy access to the centre of Toulouse, really appreciated the free parking. Excellent value for money for our overnight stay.

Excellent location

It's a cosy clean comfortable and quiet apartment. Francois is very friendly helpful and kind. Easy walk to city centre and close to supermarket. I enjoyed very much the stay here, definitely will recommend to other people 😊

Great location for a weekend

The location is perfect for sightseeing. The apartment was very clean and so cosy. It is evident that every detail is designed by someone who travels and knows what the traveler needs. A big advantage of this apartment for those arriving by car is the secured parking.
