Friendly service

Housekeeping was not up to standard Did not make the beds properly did not hoover the floor..

Bed was big and comfy, bathroom was great, new towels every day and good shampoo etc, location was good if you don't mind walking into the centre but being able to enjoy other areas of Amsterdam larger city

There was no iron in our room (idk if this is just not a service that they provide or we just didn't have one in our room- we were too busy to ask for one so just kind of left it not a huge deal). What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the little coffee area in our room - coffee machine was great and we were usually topped off with pods daily, its just that there was sugar all in the little box and already opened creamer sachets so was all a bit messy and when we got there there were used coffee cups on top. Probs just an oversight and didn't bother us too much but should be kept in mind as I think that it could potentially really bother some people and put them off

The staff was beyond helpfull

Very small rooms for a business trip. Location was just fine. Not value for money option. Breakfast was fine. Room was very small like a cage.

Everything was perfect, except the location for coming back in the night. It was pretty clean. Todo perfecto excepto la localizacion para volver de noche. Muy limpio.

The night buses only works friday and saturday in this area, so between 12 and 6 am you are on your own. Los buses nocturnos solo funcionan el viernes y sabado en esta zona, asi q entre las 12 y las 6 te buscas la vida.

friendly people on reception, rooms super clean, great location with easy access to public transport. bed very comfy.

room could have been slightly bigger as the bed took up almost the entire length of the room.

hotel too far away from everything, was nothing around, nearest coffee shop was an hour walk away.

The room was next to two huge airconditioning machines that where very noisy. The staff repeatedly told us that it would be turned off in the evening but this was obviously not true because they kept pounding all night. We asked specifically for a double bed but got two singles and when we asked for a room change because of the noise and the beds, the staff were not willing to oblige. Good to know, besides the need to bring earplugs, is that the hotel is in a dodgy neighbourhood where you have to be very careful at night. And we thought it was a non smoking hotel, but judging from the persistent smell of sigaret smoke and even stronger smell of weed, that memo had clearly not reached every guest.

the self check in and check out system is amazing! the rooms where very clean!
