The location is great and the service ans staff well trained. The standard does not reflect the quality of Hilton from certain points of views. The pool service is good, the brunch was nice too.

The pillows and bed not confortable. The Pillows were to soft. The worst aspect is the car park. They have no garage*, my car was parked our side in an open space on dirt and rough terrain, actually to make matter worst this cost me € 17.00 daily inc vat. Why? parking outside in such a bad open space condition, about 400 metres away from the main hotel entrance. ps: no garage - look like they have one but not operational. Tennis court not in a good state, lots of potholes.

Location - short walk to the town centre. Fresh orange juice at breakfast. Really lovely staff.

Soulless concrete block, rooms are clean but clinical, like a private wing in a public hospital! We booked this hotel because we wanted a pool; but the indoor pool was closed & the outdoor only open til 6pm & not heated so it was absolutely freezing & shut by the time we got back from our trips. If we had not wanted a pool we would have booked one of the much nicer hotels on the harbour front for less money! Breakfast was being served in the indoor pool area which is not really geared up for breakfast so the “hot” items were on a “hot plate” and were definitely not hot!!

La struttura è bellissima, veduta eccellente, colazione buona, personale professionale e gentile, posizione ottima, in 6-7 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il corso principale, in 9 minuti la stazione ferroviaria. Ho preso la tripla camera. Era ampia perfettamente equipaggiata. Pulizia impeccabile ogni giorno. La sala per i fumatori è top

Forse l'unica cosa che non mi piace è la separazione bassa tra i balconi, ma non è grave.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely, friendly helpful and professional staff from reception to cleaning staff to bar and breakfast staff. Everyone was enthusiastic and welcoming with great customer care. We would definitely return to this hotel in beautiful Sorrento.

It was all great.

The rooms smelled like smoke and the staff kept denying it. They did try to get us a different room but that also smelled like smoke. The location of hotel is not the best location

Pool area and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good.

TV was broken in Room. A Dark shadow on it. I reported it but nothing was done to fix the issue. No shuttle or courtesy car available to bring you to station or bus stops. Had to ask for safe key and wifi password. It should be just in a welcome pack.

The breakfast and pool were great.

Guests had to still pay for the facilities like the paddle ball court (40 euros an hour) and the wi-fi, even though we had paid a lot of money to stay in the hotel.

Very family friendly and our son loved the pool and kids club. Thank you, Monica! We loved the bbq restaurant and had amazing service there. The Japanese restaurant was also great but very expensive. Views are incredible over the bay. Staff are very nice and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious in the renovated sections of the hotel. Location is excellent - just a 5-10 minute stroll down the hill into Sorrento where there a lots of lovely restaurants.

We had to move rooms initially as our first room (room 36) was so noisy next to main generators to supply air con units. Our room was vibrating at one point! We got moved to a room further down the corridor which we were happy with after moving us to a temporary room for our first night! Did not like the shower over the bath. Very dated and bits kept falling off! Didn’t really like the food at Sorrento 1 restaurant although the views and atmosphere were lovely. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked and we enjoyed the variety of food there. Nice selection for kids. Coffee not good though.

The rooms were very out dated for the amount of money we paid The pool closed early The lounge music was for an older crowd that put younger people to sleep. The prices for drinks and food were outrageous I would not come back and definitely would not recommend the Hilton sorrento to my friends or family

The staff was amazing. Went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Roseanna in Il sorrento restaurant was incredible. Beautiful views/pool. We loved our stay!

Lack of a shuttle bus that can cater for guest to the city centre.

The lady who cleaned are room was so friendly - the rest of the staff could not be bothered. Location was amazing.

The Pool area has seen better days. They have a beautiful pool which opened a week ago (we were there 14-23rd July) this is chargeable at 50 euros per person and the food and drinks up there were far more expensive then anywhere else in the hotel - this is called Happysimmo. Our room (sea view) was on the corner, I had requested a upgrade to the deluxe sea view. On arrival we were informed by the very miserable front desk this was no longer available - even though I was a Hilton Honours member. We spoke to a honeymoon couple who had the same room as us - they were so disappointed, although they did manage to upgrade them - at a charge!! They charge for WiFi - another added extra when you are paying a fortune!!
