Rooms were fine.

Restaurant staff were more concerned about looking after a large group of Ferrari enthusiasts that looking after us. Our meal was rushed and the food not cooked/heated through properly. poor service for a place like this.

The staff is polite, helpful beyond your needs and there's always a greeting for you. We didn't use the restaurant, but my daughter used the bar for a sandwich and it was great, a prelude what was to come in the morning, as breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel, no doubt. The variety, the quality and the hot breakfast at demand gave us all the strength we needed to enjoy Viella.

No water or tea coffee facilities in the rooms. The room was dusty. The prices were very expensive especially the restaurant. The pool was closed and you have to pay £18 euros to use indoor pool in spar. The restaurant food was not to our taste. On a positive the bar food was very good.

Old fashioned room and hotel, need renovation The floor is very noisy, you cant walk in the room without doing any noise, because of that you can also hear the neighbors walking. Zero water pressure in the shower No English channels on TV. All channels in Spanish. Not enough light in the room on night

Food is average, room had electricity problems, not hot water. Place is worn out and needs serious maintenance. Invoice did not match Booking booking. Almost paid Euro 50 to much. Staff at breakfast is great. Staff at reception very clumsy.

Perfect location overlooking Veilha. There was a large wedding going on the same night but we werent disturbed at all. Staff all very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was also good

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Views all around are stunning and overall, the service is quite good. Its a large hotel so the facilities are equipped to cater for a lot of guests at once.

Expected to pay a LOT extra to be able to use the spa, when booking and paying for x4 rooms, didn't expect to have to pay so much extra to use the facilities. We stayed during late Spring (motorbike Trip through the Pyrenees) and although it was very low occupancy at the time, there weren't really enough staff on hand. The restaurant is massive.... stunning views, but massive. It's a strange place to dine when its really empty. There's almost an echo. The photos also show a lovely outdoor swimming pool.... This was a green algae filled mess when we were there...
