Esmorzars complets encara que podien posar sucs naturals
Fan les habitacions molt tard. Hem estat 3 nits i cap dia no la hem tingut feta abans de les 16h el que vol dir que si estàs a l'habitacio descansant en les hores de més calor del dia, has de baixar a recepció a esperar que la facin.
El spa/piscina es un autèntic atentat a la seguretat ,( no hi ha barana per entrar a sortir del spa, terra al voltant de piscina en pendent i relliscós, seients dins de piscina sense senyalitzar ni llum per veure’ls...,)i tan mal dissenyat que el xorros de dins la piscina estàn en una zona on no es fa peu, només apte per gent de més de 1'80cm. Diré en favor del personal, que davant la nostra queixa i indicar les deficiències, no ens ho van cobrar, de fet vam estar 20 minuts. Per últim l'hotel està bastant antiquat i necessita una renovació urgent

Parking was free.
The window was too small to get enough light. The jagzee switch of the bath tab was not in order. The meat from the grill service was too hard to eat.

The property is well located. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are clean
We didn’t get the room we booked so was a little small for 3 people. However they tried to help us and improve the stay. Also there is a bit of a smell in the halls. I think its coming from the kitchen.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending.
First, When we did the reservation it looks like it has swimming pool, but it hasn't cuz this facilities are from the spa and you have to pay extra for it. Secondly, the cleaning in the room was very poor.
Finally, on July 10th we left the hotel but before we take a breakfast, I was there we my sister and we ate almost the same in the breakfast, the different things was the I ate a chorizo it was gross and I didn't finished it, later on like a 30 minutes I started to feel really bad, like an hour late I got really sick (I was throwing out the whole day and night), I really believe that chorizo was contaminated of something like that.

The hotel is in a good location. It is fairly quiet in the area, but within easy walking of most things. There is a good bit of parking. There are lifts to the upper floors of the hotel. The room is a decent size and comfortable to relax in after a long day out. The insulation is fairly good. The shower is fairly good with ample supply of hot water. The beds are comfortable. And the room is very clean. Worth it for the cheaper deal we got.
The check-in was a bit longer than usual. It would be nice to have tea-making facilities in the room.

On arrival, when checking in, the Manager kindly upgraded our room, which didn’t disappoint us, as it was excellent. All the staff in the hotel, including reception, are extremely pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here many times, and for us, it is the only and best choice where to stay when visiting Vielha. We thoroughly recommend.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and location is good.
The hotel had a very strong fried fish odor every night that spread itself throughout the various floors of the building. It was almost unbearable. Noise isolation between rooms was also below standard. I could hear neighbors with their children as if they were in our room.

The hotel smell fish all the floors. Disgusting.
The cleaning of the hotel and rooms extremely poor. I called the reception twice: once because the safety batteries were low and the safety wasn’t working. Nobody fixed it.
Second, the dryer wasn’t working properly. Nobody came. The staff is really polite but not efficient.
