good location on walking distance to the village

- really warm in the room (in winter), couldn't set the temperature ourselves - sauna expensive to use (30 euro each person a time)

location, parking free outside hotel. checked in early no extra cost. room warm clean & bed bedding perfectly

nothing breakfast was worth the 12euros & the new spa facilities where the latest I have seen super worth the 30 euros

It was an ok location, and nice valley in which it is located.

The hotel was ok, but definitely not one to visit again. Also not really value for money. No restaurant, no bar, no parking, beds not comfortable, spa against quite some additional costs, so really nothing making the value worthwhile.

Rooms were too small. Not enough parking for all the vehicles booked into the hotel. Spa is far too expensive. WiFi did not work on iPhone or iPad unless you ask receptionist to use a special login.

The room was clean, and everyday cleaning was done with a lot of attention. The hotel is positioned at the entrance of Vielha, only 3 minute walk from the centre, close to a supermarket, facing the river, and with a magnificent view on the mountains. Internet bandwidth, television and room space were also ok They also have a large parking space for guests

The staff don't speak English, which is understandable, as probably they mostly receive Spanish and French tourists. This is the same in all restaurants and shops in the valley, by the way. I don't know if it was the language (I had to communicate with my broken Spanish, or try in Italian) but the staff were generally quite cold and didn't look very happy. But to be clear, they were professional and responsive when I had questions and requests, just not very forthcoming. Breakfast was ok but not great: I felt that the quality of food was average. Bedrooms were a bit old and a bit worn.

Nothing in particular

No parking space, bad air conditioner, no vegan options for breakfast, we received the room on the 5th floor where is no elevator, had to put the heavy luggage 1 floor up through tiny stairway. Probably this hotel doesn’t cost that price (136 € per night).
