A casa é bastante húmida e, quando chegamos, estava cheia de moscas. Tinha mais de 30 moscas dentro de casa. Pela minha experiência (whatsapp), a Inês Carvalho não prima pela simpatia nem pela eficiência.

Location is great, 5 minutes from the old town.

Few things could have been better like the shower head hanger at the main bathroom, the sink in the master bedroom is not working well, the sofa is very not comfortable

I could drive up to the house (but difficult to turn around)

Partial power failure at check in. Sofa extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Noisy (work going on outside). Size of apartment a bit small. Hot plate difficult to figure out. Confusing buttons. Only 3 coffee capsules were provided.

Very humid location. Kettle was dirty and shower head didn´t work properly

We liked everything about this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Communication from the owner was always prompt. The location, a few minutes walk uphill to the walled town, suited us perfectly. We enjoyed being in such a peaceful location.

Nothing, it was great!

We had a fantastic time in Obidos with two families. The cottage was great. We rented the downstairs and upstairs apartment. Each family had its place and together we had a terrace. The house is located in an incredibly quiet street on the edge of the village and between fields. You can do everything on foot, but the area around Obidos is mountainous, nothing is flat.

place was really moisture, not really comfortable for staying. We suggest to put a humidifier. the kitchen was not well furnished for cooking.

We rented the 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 2 people space wise. The location is nice with many trees around the house so you don’t see the roads nearby and the distance from the property to the castle walls +/-10 mins walk away (depending how fast you walk up hill or down hill).

This property is very nice but not recommended for people with mobility issues, on the exterior access to it there are steps and part of the pavement is not even. I saw people struggling to move their bags with wheels.

The property was right outside the wall of the old town…a fabulous location only 5 minutes walk to the historical centre.

It was pretty close to the city center of Obidos. The beds were quite comfortable

First of all the check in instructions came very late, close to the check-in time. You have to download an app and sign in etc., which is very inconvenient if you get the information so late and you do not find wifi that quickly / have limited data. Then it smelled very mouldy and not like a place it is healthy to be in several days. The apartment is an improvised house (probably was a storage room earlier). When you open the door / a window, so many flies come in (you can just solve that by adding fly nets!) Then it was super humid, which led to humid bedsheets and a very bad first night together with flies and smell. To round that up, we had to take cold showers, as the hot water did not work. We decided to shorten our two-night stay and take off a night earlier, because it was unbearable. We contacted the owner afterwards and kindly asked him to refund us the second night (we wanted to check if we could maybe find a compromise) but he reacted very unprofessional and impulsive. Due to the price and what you get for it, we would definitely not recommend to stay at the smaller apartment (can not say anything about the bigger apartments).

Very nice apartment in separate small building in garden. Nicely decorated, spacious. 10 minute walk to the town.
