Superb location, great staff.

Incredivble welxome from the concierge Shahid, who went above and beyond for our entire stay. Room was immaculate. Looking onto the grand place square. Provided unforgettable. Views. Centrally located for train metro and local attractions. We were celebrating a special event and although having booked the roon 9 months earlier., the hotel staff remembered. Well done. And thank you. To all whoi read this and have a hint of romanticism. If you come to Brussles, Stay here, you wont regret it

Very great, clean, nice and comfortable beds and the staff are always positive and informative. I loved the bathroom roof window hahah very wise design. And the location couldn’t much better.

A bit cold little wind was coming from somewhere, probably the ventilator but couldn’t find where to switch off, I’d like to play with room temperature but it didn’t cause much problem.

Location perfect: right on (the beautiful) Grand Place, a few minutes walk from the Central station, and lots of restaurants, bars, and attractions a stone's throw away. Location and views from your room overlooking the square naturally contribute to the price, but are worth paying for in my opinion. Management/staff very welcoming and always friendly. Room had decent facilities, and was comfortable and clean.

A little noisy (surprisingly not so bad from the busy square, but from other rooms), and a little hot (although there is a good fan) - probably little that can be done due to the age of the building, etc., and not major issues.

Dated interior design

Right in the heart of Brussels. Old type of building with spectacular view over the Grand Place. You fell like beeing in a movie. Great place.

Best location, nicest staff. We were able to leave our luggage until 7:00 pm. BEAUTIFULLY PERFECT view of Grand Place! The free breakfast from a restaurant across the square was amazing. We had an omelette and scrambled eggs, croissants, a meat & cheese tray & coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice!

The sitting area next to the view was magical. The room had exceeded my expectations!

The location and the staff, they were lovely.

My stay was perfect. Do be aware there are stairs up to the hotel and streets are all cobblestones, but that is also part of what makes it so charming.

Awesome location, great view over Grand Place. Elevator to 4th floor, rare to find in smaller hotels. Comfortable room with lots of space.

Internet and TV were not working first day, Staff got it fixed and worked well afterwards.

Best location to look around tourist attractions, super friendly staff, nice breakfast(actually not in the hotel, but very near location from the hotel)

I think this is the most central location you can get in Brussels. The cannot be better, the staff also very friendly. surprisingly the breakfast in a restaurant across the Grand Place was included in the price, and it was also very nice experience. Obviously it is an old building with all its characteristics, slower WiFi, colder rooms etc. but these were not able to spoil our experience at all. definitely recommended.
