The location was very good, 2 min walk from the beach and the strip of stores and restaurants. It was also a minute walk from the main bus stop for that area (right in front of the blue domed church, can’t miss it!) The staff was very warm and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. The shower was nice and big. The pool area is great, and has a welcoming bar. I would stay there again :)

Everything was great, but I suppose if I were to be picky, I’d say that an included breakfast would have made it perfect.

The staff were really lovely, our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, the view from the room and the location of the hotel were perfect for us. We loved our stay !

It can be difficult to get to Perissa late at night and the buses are challenging as you always have to go through Fira.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the room had everything we needed. It was great to spend time by the pool and relax.

Location is superb, 5 minutes to the beach and the promenade. The room is comfy and clean. We liked the small details in the room for the convenience of the guests. We liked the most the personal - everybody so friendly and helpful, we felt like home.

we had very lovely time at this magic place. it was our first time in Santorini💞. we had a pleasure to meet receptionist team which had always help us with the answers, location were perfect, balcony and water top was amazing! 🫶🏻in the kitchen you can find everything needed for cooking

I loved everything about this place! From the lovely apartment itself to the most amazing staff and owners! Even before we arrived Sissy had already emailed a lot of tips of what to do etc in Santorini, when we arrived (our flight was delayed) and Aggelos waited for us until midnight, we had a lovely chat and he gave us loads more info. Sissy even helped us renting a car and booked us a restaurant twice. Bri and Dimitri in the bar were also so lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough! It is only 4min walking to the beach, it’s really well located. Thank you so much guys for having us, we hope to be back soon xxx

Great family run hotel with very friendly owners and staff. It was a truly an excellent stay that exceeded my expectations. The hotels facilities and the pool was well maintained and very close to the beach and restaurants. A special mention to the front desk Sissy and Gabby who ensured all my needs were met and provided an exceptional level of service. The bar was superbly run by the highly efficient lovely young Bri and Dimitri, and Owner Angelo entertained his guests with his skilful playing of the Lyra. Overall I highly recommend the Roula villa and will return sometime in the future

Everything was amazing and clean. Parking for car and our dog was welcome. The staff who work there was really nice and walking on the beach was fantastic. We cook alone in the room

Old building and the days start to be cold so inside was cold too (but if you open airconditioner you make quick hot all the rooms)

- The bar could open earlier than 9am in order to provide coffee and breakfast for the early birds - The pool can get very crowded and if you have a sunbed right outside your door it can be annoying having people come and go
