The rooms were very nice and big enough for a couple with kids. The balcony with pool great. The hotel is really beautiful. The view splendid. Beach can be reached in two minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was disappointing. Boring and very limited. Given the price of the hotel and the 5 stars! Storage and wardrobe in the room were too small. Room had no glasses or tissues. Services had to been organised daily - without saying something the rooms were not cleaned. Prices for massages and spa astronomically high!!!! No transfer by the hotel to the airport. Had to be paid extra (given that a night costs EUR 428.-)...

Only positive was proximity to the beach

Hote and Spa staff was very nice, attentive and always ready to help. Bed was really comfortable and location of the hotel is perfect. There is a sister hotel directly on the beach and you can use their sunbeds and umbrellas. Anyway, there was not problem to find sunbeds anywhere as there is less tourists.... The pool area was exceptionally nice and clean 👌

First and foremost I didnt like the fact that there was a streetlight right in front of our terrace. I didn't mind during the day but at night it was shining directly into our room. There was no curtain on that door. Also the living area of the room had only one chair and the only mirror in our room was covered by TV. The breakfast buffet was limited. I would definitely appreciate more fresh fruit and vegetables. I was also surprised that mimosa is not included in the breakfast. That was not an issue 😉 Our jacuzzi always turned off at 9pm. When we raised this to the staff we were told that it is for safety reasons and that there is nothing they can do. Just to point out that other Jacuzzis and pools were on all the time. In general, I was expecting more from this 5* hotel.

we liked the private pool and the hotel was very quiet and clean, also very close to the sea, the massages and spa were great

the staff and service altogether was very bad and disappointing, unfriendly receptionists, especially the women, judgemental when we had questions and gave us bad and wrong recommendations, did not get any fresh towels. room service took 1+ hours for drinks and lunch (also forgot half the things we ordered). it is not a 5 star hotel service (especially for the price!!)

I am disappointed of the staff service, including the management. We had a bad experience in one of the day, we spend the time to the swimming pool and an accident happened, one of the sunshade fell on my head and hit me quite hard, no one from the staff came to see what happened or to help us with anything, my wife asked for ice and inform the reception but no other help . When I asked for the accident form, the receptionist said that they do not have such a thing and that they will inform the manager, but the manager said regardless that this accident happened from nature, because of the wind, without checking exactly what happened and with what can help us. Refused to give us the manager's name or phone number, and they didn't even agree to report the accident claiming they didn't have an accident book. Such a unprofessional manager and unprofessional answer . I didn't recommend this hotel because you don't have the safety provided

Brilliant place! Best place to stay in Perissa.

The pool and the private jacuzzis were very clean and suitable for breathtaking pictures. The buffet for breakfast was really tasty and the stuff very friendly as well.

Everything was great.

Helpful and attentive staff. Facilities were very clean and if there was ever anything missing, 24h reception were always pleased to offer assistance. The two ladies Maria and Roula were exceptional, always offering help, guidance and recommendations that were clearly from personal experience.

Great personnel. Very simple and delicious breakfast. Location 100m from the black sand beach. Nice room.

The whole experience is a huge disappointment, including breakfast, room amenities, and the competence of staff members. Absolutely not a 5-star experience in all respects. Had many negativity and a series of complaints of disappointment with zero level customer care from staff.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and private. Elsa (the waitress) was superb and very friendly and helpful. Rooms could be cleaned on request, and it wasn’t intrusive.

Breakfast was cold at times.
