The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was great.
There was a washing machine that you could use at no charge which was great for my daughter who met us there for a few days whilst traveling round Europe.
The room was a bit tired and could do with being refreshed.

Location was great a minute walk to Perissa Beach. Restaurants and supermarkets were just minutes walking distance. Room was clean bed was comfortable. A/C was great shower pressure was great!

Close proximity to beach and restaurants
The shower was minuscule , every time I showered water flowed in to the tiny tiny shower room floor and my room and it was very slippery - Manager offered an extra floor towel that was never provided
The room wasn’t cleaned well
I was told I should use the aircon only for 2 hours daily. The aircon water was fed into a little plastic bottle on the balcony which overflowed and ruined my clothes that fallen on the floor from the balcony dryer- brown stains for ever . Manager said it was my responsibility to monitor and empty this bottle
The seat covers on seats in the downstairs sofas were dirty with sweat stains
The room allocated to me on the 3rd day of my stay stank of rotting water or rotting animal or both so badly - Manager refused to do anything or move me ( no rooms he said but receptionist was prepared to move me) he would not even look in to the issue and cleanse the room just expected me to stay in the room which smelled foul. I left and went to another hotel .
The issue were numerous - taps solidified with salt and leaking

Friendly, helpful staff, who had connections with local tour companies offering good value trips.. It was very well cleaned and the towels and bedding were changed every few days.
The room is advertised as two bedroom but really it is a 1 room studio apartment the main double bed is in the longe kitchen area, the extra beds are on a mezzanine/platform area above with no real privacy between. The kitchen area is a sink a 1 ring hob and a fridge so cooking food is a challenge to say the least!

The location
Everything was dirty and grungy and old. they put beds in the kitchen and we did not get the room we booked online, and the pictures were misleading. The A/C leaked. The door to the bathroom had a broken handle on the inside, and when it shut the person on the inside could not get out. The shower head used to be mounted on the wall but clearly had been broken off, and they just left it there.

Presonnel on reception was very kind and helpful. Especially man who was working there. When we arrived he provided us a lot of detailed information about what to do and visit on Santorini. Very usefull. Also possibility to leave luggage after check out to spend whole day on island was great. I always appretiate this option.
Outages of TV signal and. Internet connection was a bit unstable. This could be improved

Location was amazing (beach right next to it). Room was a reasonable price, all fairly clean. The staff were AMAZING and super friendly! Lovely family that runs it. Matthew, Cynthia and her husband were very very nice. The intern called Inès was particularly helpful and super friendly! She made the hotel so wonderful !!

Thé location was ideal, awesome pool and steps from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the pool.

Stuff is very helpful and friendly! Very close to the beach and in between many restaurants. The property itself is very simple, but with decent look and very good price. Although we (family -4 persons) reserved 28m2 room with one king size bed and bunk beds, kitchen corner, small terrace, during our stay owner offered us better room without extra charge. It was amazing surprise to get 2 floor room in 3rd floor.
We also had fantastic help with arranging transportation, late checkout and kind suggestions about possible activities and places to visit on island!
We are sure that next time we will also stay at this place!

It’s closeness to the beach and restaurants. The staff / owner were very nice and also organised transfers that made it very easy.
Nothing negative to say, it’s not luxury facilities but good value for money and just what we needed.

The location…just a small walk through an alley to get to the best beach in Santorini
Very uncomfortable beds (the sofa bed is very bad quality in case an adult will sleep there), all the kitchen supplies were dirty, and the pictures of the room online have no relation to the reality. If you are on a budget holiday, you get what you pay for.

The staff were very friend and helpful. If you are on a low budget it’s quite good value for money considering it’s next to one of the best beaches in Santorini and near a bus station where you can travel around the island.
The room facilities were old or not maintained properly. For example the toilet seat was no longer white, it was yellow. It reached a point where I was disgusted to touch the door handles. One time our bed and bedside tables were attacked by ants resulting in changing rooms. Lastly, the hotel was hard to find and would be useful if there were signs to help direct the guests to the hotel.
