The staff were very friendly and helpful; the front desk staff were especially helpful in assisting us to change our tickets to an attraction due to weather, and with other things. The breakfasts were excellent -- great choice of food and good food. Nice that they put out a snack in the afternoons. The location was great and we could feel comfortable walking around the hotel neighborhood and had some nice restaurant options.

The room was fine, but it didn't have a coffee maker or tea option; also, we couldn't get the A/C unit to work without blowing cold air on the beds, even though you could adjust the angle. I selected a room with a balcony and street view as good light is important to me and I enjoyed the balcony, but there was only one chair. We didn't use the pool, sauna or gym and so paying the resort fee made it more expensive than it was worth for us -- I would prefer that the hotel offer an optional resort fee for those who want to use the facilities. Largely for this reason, I don't think I would go back -- but otherwise I do recommend them.

I am a frequently client of this hotel and like it because of its great location (in the center of Leblon). It is a boutique hotel with great service and this time I tried connected rooms, which was very good for a family of 4 people (2 adults and two teenagers).

I think breakfast could have a more variety of food. Although we were able to ask for an omelete and tapioca that were not in the breakfast table.

A great hotel in a classy street of Leblon, close to Leblon Beach and many shops. The rooms are exceptionally soundproof, the bed is fantastic, and the air conditioning is first rate, so a good sleep is guaranteed. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. The staff at Palladium, both at the desk and in the restaurant, are quite helpful and courteous. A+ all the way.

The location is great! Two blocks from the beach and pretty safe. You can walk to the restaurants in the neighborhood without Ubering (pretty rare in Rio) Also, they have something AMAZING I have never heard about it before. A kind of happy hour included (as breakfast) from 6 to 8 pm

lot of issues with WC not flushing properly. Unless you have a room on the street, you are facing walls. air conditioning unit jut above the bed so not convenient during the night.
