I booked this hotel through booking.com and the room I booked had a king sized bed but the room they gave me had two twin beds pushed together and the bedding was separated for each bed. I asked to switch rooms and they said they were completely booked which I checked online and it showed several available. I then told them I was willing to checkout and they magically found a room with a king sized bed. Additionally, these rooms do not come with an iron. I requested and iron twice and it was never delivered. Also, the hot tubs never really heat up…more like warm then hot!

The property was very nice to stay. The stuffs are nice and cordial to talk.

Definitely the location: so great to admire the twin bays of Ornos from the hotel terrace! The design of the hotel has a beautiful mix of modern and classic Cycladic style. The management and the service from the staff was excellent and the hotel room was super clean, very modern, amazing lighting, and super great bathroom!

A very good stay overall. They provided two separate airport shuttles as my wife and I arrived on separate flights. The staff are all helpful. Although our room only included a partial view of the beach, it was already very good for first-timers in Mykonos like us! Located close to the beach, meaning that we could easily go between the beach and the hotel room for shower/rest.

Great view, close to beach. Easy access to town by bus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not a negative for us, but we were on top floor. There is no elevator, so it is about 5 stories up. If you aren't in good shape, you are better off with a lower floor. The view from the top floor was great.

As soon as I arrived I got an extremely warm welcome which was lovely after a long stressful day. I checked in and they even upgraded my room! Great service and lovely lovely staff. I will be back.

The room in general was big and comfortable. There was nice gesture at the reception giving you local wine, water and coffee. It has easy and free parking.

Coffee at breakfast was horrible, if you ask for latte or capuccino charges would be made. It was very far from lots of attactions. Buses every hour or so.

It wasn't the hotel but walking in the area was challenging. Steep hill to return from town.

Travelled with my partner, super kind staff. Greeting drink, bottle of wine, and free room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious. Great location, 4 minutes from bus stop. Many different food options around, including a market.

Noise in the room from the room above. Room above had its own small pool, could hear pool heat pump running all the time.

the property had the most amazing views and even though their was a little hill and I mean it took less than one min to walk up just as you got to the hotel it was so so worth it . It was spotlessly clean and very good attention to detail . The husband used to gym every morning and we both loved the flexibility of the breakfast and so much to choose from . Amazing property and so close like minutes to the beach

we got upgraded which was amazing of course and we got a room with a balcony at the very top floor 5 which you can only access by stairs . Me being disabled didn’t want to make a fuss as it was such a lovely gesture being upgraded , I just turned them stairs into my daily excersise and took a break half way up so we managed but defo a lift to the top floors would be even better .

The view was amazing and the hotel had a very relaxing feeling.
