Arrivés très tard suite à une annulation de vol , avec le décalage en plus … on a pas pu avoir de petit déjeuner alors que c’était déjà réglé sans extra . Le repas du soir en chambre décevant.

위치가 완벽했습니다. Raffle’s city shopping mall, City Hall MRT와 연결되어 있어서 이동이 정말 편했고, 도보로 박물관들도 가까워서 좋았습니다.

Walls are quite thin, we had a family in the room next door that were very noisy

The location and the room size. We were given a room at a higher floor and we could actually watch the sun rise from the room balcony. There are a lot of eatery choices around the area. Also very convenient to take the subway/MRT.

The room is a standard hotel room. location is good with the "small scale" shopping mall with MRT which can travel to elsewhere.

the room rate is overpriced. For those who do shopping in Singapore, most probably not a good option because you wont stay in the room for long. Besides, this hotel not really kids friendly. There is no playground or room. The hotel room is like a maze especially 25th floor where the north & south tower connected. should have better sign to show where is the escalater.

O hotel está em instalado junto a um Shopping…sua localização permite visitar os principais pontos turísticos a pé. É muito confortável, o atendimento é primoroso tanto na recepção quanto no “concierge”.

I like the location, the facilities, the smell of the interior, the view, the closeness to the restaurants, closeness to the underground aircon walkway that leads me to diff parts of Singapore.

The location of this hotel is amazing!!! you couldn't ask for anything better - right above a food court with a supermarket and chemist and only a few steps to plenty of shops and the subway. The buffet breakfast is to die for!!!! We were so impressed with the selection on offer as well as the price. There was more than enough for both adults and kids. The rooms are beautiful with automatic curtains and lights with mood lighting. The bath is massive and very inviting. The staff were sensational and we certainly put them to the test a few time.

The size of the beds are very small - even though the say 'double' you would be lucky to fit 2 adults in them. We stayed as 1 adult and 2 kids so I shared with my youngest 11 year old and it was a squeeze.

I was upgraded to a suit & attached room. The room size was big . The location of the hotel is great (attached to a shopping center and MRT). The service was quick.

The check-in and check-out processes were very lengthy.

Greeting at reception from check-in, general enquiries to departure was exceptional. Concierge handling of hotel car to the airport on departure faultless! What really stood out however was the attentive nature and genuine helpfulness of the staff on the phone in Housekeeping (Royal Service I think the hotel call it). Definitely worthy of its name.! Anything I asked for or requested was handled efficiently, politely and quickly. Simply brilliant!

Prego. Food in Prego Restaurant was of an exceptional standard. Taste and presentation excellent. Unfortunately, what contributed to my overall dissatisfaction was the bad service. My female server had attitude and was non attentive. I ate late in the evening and ordered just a main course and a glass of wine. Waited 20 minutes for the meal which was fine but the wine arrived after I had completed the meal. which I then refused to pay for. The said waitress then shrugged her shoulders and had no further contact with me. She did not remove my plate nor asked if I wanted anything else. I ended up asking another server for my bill. I was sitting about three tables away from the server's station and while eating the said waitress was engaged with a rather heated altercation with another team member. Not what you expect to witness. I mentioned all this to the manager on duty when leaving and she handled the matter professionally, with genuine concern and sincerely apologized. In contrast the serving staff at breakfast were all exceptional on the two consecutive days that I ate. All were pleasant and very attentive, including management. Ante-Note Bar. Had drinks two evenings in a row. One drink first night and two the second night. Not asked if I wanted a second drink nor if I liked the drink. Little things were missing. Small napkin provided on first night . Had to ask for one on second night. When I ordered a second drink on the second night the first empty glass was taken away along with the coaster and nuts. Nuts not replenished nor new coaster provided for second drink. I also had the same cocktail both nights and the taste was different both times (made by different bartenders). On the second night I enquired how the drink was made and the bartender said they make to a formula. Obviously something was wrong with the preparation. Quality of drinks was good. Staff seemed rather apathetic and too involved in their own self importance.

Room service is fair. We needed a mop to wipe the floor and we called room keeping but no one came.
