Loved the refurbishment! The quality, the Staff, the bedroom, the ambiance of the place, the peace and quiet. A Huge shout out to all the staff, amazing attentiveness to all the guests! Loved Sarah from the gardens, she was so lovely and gave us a bunch of the beautiful tulips to take home!

Such a lovely relaxed place to stay. amazing food and staff are wonderful. rooms are so nice to be in, wish I had stayed for longer.

Everything! Love the refurbishment, especially the bar area. The food was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. Can't wsit till our next visit.

Facilities in room, welcome with glass of fizz, food was excellent. Little touches like home made shortbread from Andy's maternal gran's recipe and magazines in room added to enjoyment. Lots of lovely teabags to choose from.

Room overlooking rubbish bins from bathroom so pulled down blind. Felt bit ignored at bar while waiting for our table at dinner. Would have been better to look at menu and our order taken while having drinks. Had to ask for my breakfast order to be taken. Nowhere near mirror to plug hairdryer.

Firstly Cromlix can be found in beautiful setting in the heart of Central Scotland. The house retains character and stately style while bringing the modern, luxe feel.

Staff always efficient and polite. Whole place seems like home - but better. This is my favourite hotel. We love watching the chefs at work in the open kitchen, and then eating the food!

Having to come home!

The food was delicious, cooked in the open plan kitchen while diners sit in the dining room. The staff were friendly, giving attentive service. We felt welcome to explore the building and its surroundings.

Cleanliness (cobwebs) and decor was below expectations.

The property is beautiful, we saw deer in the morning playing outside our window. The breakfast was very nice.

The wifi kept dropping out. Smoking was allowed outside near the rooms which came through the bedroom window. The rooms are very hot and there is no temperature control

Liked everything about it. The High Tea was excellent. The bed was so comfortable and the sweets on the pillow at the end of our day was a lovely touch. Staff were so helpful and well mannered. The Murrays should be very proud of their staff.

There was nothing to dislike. I enjoyed every minute of my stay.
