Comfortable bed. Clean
My room was opposite the entrance door to the floor, so intermittent noise. The bottle of water was left in the window in direct sunlight /heat. No fridge in supreme room.

Really clean and nicely furnished. Staff were helpful. The location is outstanding vs tube and rail. Comfy bed.
Early check in charged at hourly rate and not said before arriving.
TV kept on not working. And WiFi was really slow. Having to work in my room with my laptop and a slow connection it's not great.

La situation de l'hôtel est top, près de plusieurs stations de métro qui desservent différentes lignes, parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
L'hôtel est très propre, accueillant, les chambres sont bien équipées, literie confortable, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Le personnel est avenant et très souriant.
Le petit déjeuner est top.
Le seul bémol, pour nous, est un léger bruit de fond du métro auquel nous ne sommes pas habitués mais l'hôtel fournit des bouchons d'oreilles qui nous ont permis de ne pas entendre ce léger bruit et de très bien dormir

Camera dotata di bollitore elettrico, te’ caffè , più altri accessori per il bagno molto utili e comodi per un lungo soggiorno. Letto comodo
Forte presenza di umidità in camera e sulle tende, che unitamente alla moquette non rendono le condizioni ideali per chi soffre di riniti e allergie.
Camera molto piccola, che per fortuna ci è stata sostituita successivamente con una leggermente più grande.
Purtroppo al nostro rientro in camera abbiamo trovato anche le valigie aperte dalle donne delle pulizie, tuttavia non avendo nulla di valore all’interno non ci è stato comunque sottratto nulla. In ogni caso ritengo che sia grave in un hotel a 4 stelle.
In ultimo, durante la nostra permanenza di 5 gg hanno effettuato dei lavori di tinteggiatura muri nei corridoi, quindi vi era un forte odore di pittura per il quale mi sarei aspettata almeno le scuse per il disagio arrecato.

Good location helpful staff
Old rooms, no wake up call when requested, uncomfortable bed. Before booking I asked the hotel if it I was noisy being in such proximity to the tube as I had solicitor exams to attend this week and was assured it wasn’t. This was not true, the tube was extremely noisy in my room. The heating was stop start and the room service had cold bad food. The app doesn’t work either. Room unclean. Not 4 star

1. At 4:30am, a male staff member entered the room without knocking. When he saw my partner and me sleeping in each others arms, he said "sorry" and closed the door.
This frightened me. I reported this in the morning at the reception and was told that some staff were checking for 'fire hazard'
It is still unacceptable because they should have knocked before entering.

Everything, room, food, staff hospitality. Everyone was really friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They were very helpful in regard to my mobility issues too. Stayed here last 14 years ago, and would stay again too.

Could hear the trains and tube all day and night but if you’re not easily bothered by noise then this is perfect location. Central to major public means of transports.

nothing honestly except i was with friends !
we booked 4 rooms, my room was horrible the size of a tuna can ! I thought all rooms r like this and found out its only my room! i requested for a tooth brush after 24 hours i had to remind them again and the reception said i will check if we have and if i needed it i can come and collect it !!! definitely i wont be coming back

Helpful and friendly staff; fast, reliable wifi and adequate desk space for working; nice modern TV; modern and clean decor; powerful, hot shower; quiet location and hotel; superb location right by Euston. Really impressed considering it was the cheapest option on Booking.com. Would stay again.
