The staff were fantastic. Very polite and professional. Room service food was very good and overall night was ok.
Room had a very bad smell upon entry. Musty, urine type smell. Room and bathroom needs upgrading. Needs to be modern. No shower in bath........ Fresh carpet is needed as smell was bad.

So unfortunatley my experience here was nothing short of humiliating. The only reason I am not giving this the lowest score possible is because the lady at the front desk at about 1am on Sunday 5th June made me smile. She knows what she did - THANK YOU LOVELY.
However the man on the front desk at the same time I have NEVER experienced such an unprofessional, cold, discriminating jerk....
There was no customer service on his behalf, he made myself and my friends who had 2 rooms feel SO unwelcome and wouldnt allow us to even go up to the room. I ended up being allowed up with one other friend after being visibly upset, grabbed my stuff and then went straight and demanded my refund which I am so glad I did. How about this man learn some manners on how to treat people. Because being an unpleasant, cold, discriminating jerk who was making stuff up when telling me I couldnt access my room at first - well he needs to go! I am so glad I got my refund and due to this I unfortunatley will never stay here again.

35 dollars ($70 as we had 2 cars between 3 of us) per night for parking in the tightest car park.🤔
Room 121 is near the lifts, and that was quite noisy.😐

Great location, scenic walk along the river into the city. Laundry facilities within 5 mins walk, perfect for our week long stay with kids. Room serviced daily.
Bathroom ceiling was mouldy with paint peeling.

Check in was average and not very welcoming, although she may have been new. She handed us the pass to get into our room and didn't tell us how to get there, where the lift was or anything else.

Random people coming off the street and going to the lifts asking for gusts to swipe for them to get to floor they want. It was very weird and uncomfortable to swipe for people where we’re not hotel guests. When complained to the hotel
Staff I was told that there is no security and there was only two of them at the counter and couldn’t see who goes to the lift. Ver unsafe and dangerous.

Walls are so thin that you hear every single conversation and noise in surrounding rooms. Very badly built accomodation.

The bathroom was very small and the bath was very smalll
None of the bins had bin liners so that was very rank !Especially for the bathroom were pads had to be wrapped in toilet paper and left in the bin

Room was clean and well arranged. Bed was very comfortable.
We arrived at 9am from an early morning flight and understand that check in is at 2pm. What was frustrating is that we had 2 rooms booked however the hotel only had 1 on their records. Consequently we had to wait until 2pm for only 1 room to be available.
As we were attending an event we weren’t able to access the second room until 9.30pm.
Service at reception was slow with a long queue forming.

No problem with anything at all. The only thing I was disappointed with was the shower pressure, but that is due to the watermiser shower head. I don't have one at home so my pressure is good. That is only a minimal issue as everything was excellent.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man war schnelll am Wasser und in der Stadt.
Leider war das Zimmer und das Bad recht dunkel. Außerdem waren einige Armaturen an Dusche und Waschbecken lose und man musste sie immer wieder "reinstecken".

none of the powerpoint worked in the room, neither housekeeping or reception would answer the phone , even after multiple tries. So could not make a cup of tea at all during our stay or dry my hair. I had to park across the road at pan pacific
