Everything the location, the staff just everything was amazing

Location is excellent. Staff are very professional. Ambience is very classy.

Not ideal value for money. It is definitely a treat to stay here.

Good location, great staff

The staff were incredibly helpful. I loved the breakfast. I was so close to the centre of the city and was able to walk to many tourist destinations.

I think some of the extras in the room - cotton buds, cotton pads etc could have been topped up every day.

The atmosphere and decor was beautiful, convenient location

Only that the spa wasn’t working 🤪 I probably wouldn’t have used it anyway

Room was lovely, quite spacious, clean & nicely turned out

Good wasn’t great- often just above body temp, coffee was bland, late night options were limited.

The beds were comfortable and clean.

My son had his new clothes taken from the room. They were still in the shopping bag however when we went to pack up the bag was there with the receipt, but the clothes were gone. We called management and they gave us a hand searching the room and then gave us a credit for the missing clothes.

Not a big fan of the shower over the bath.

I loved the comfy bed and the staff talking in French. The Buffet Breakfast was delicious and the arrival drinks and cocktail menu was great.

The room was a good size with a beautiful view of the City. The breakfast buffet was great with a generous selection.

We enjoyed a fabulous and very fresh seafood tower in the restaurant.

There was no disabled toilet facility

The location is great. The rooms were clean when we arrived.

The staff are inattentive. They don’t seem to care about your experience. The pool area was rarely cleaned in the 3 days we were there and there was no water station, so you had to pay the $8 service fee to have someone bring water and glasses. We hung the ‘make up room’ sign every day and although they made the beds, they never vacuumed. My friend ate a croissant and there were flakes of pastry on the ground and they just didn’t bother, even though there was a vacuum left outside our room for 2 days. The food and drinks are overpriced. They charge $6.50 for a long black at the cafe… that’s literally a shot of coffee with water. We had an extended check out and wete given new keys, but after going out for breakfast on the last day we came back and couldn’t get into our room. I called from the phone in the hallway and they expected us to go downstairs to get new keys, when it was their error. We only have half an hour before our check out time left.

Cleaning of room at 4.30pm, Not enough tea bags or tissues, dangerous exit onto pathway due to cyclists or e-scooters,towels need replacing

Wonderful front office staff that go out of there way to make your visit memorable. Lovely pillows, quality bed, nice and clean, heated pool, cute gym with fantastic view. The quality of the staff - exceptional. I will only stay at this hotel in Brisbane. Thank you again ‘Bonjour’

Breakfast choice amazing. Omelettes cooked to perfection with choice of ingredient in front of you. Cold buffet with salmon what more could you want.

Sorry every think had been thought of. Comfortable chairs as well in the dining room. Friendly efficient staff.

Bed was great. Check in service was great. Breakfast was excellent.

Ordinary bar service. Long time to get served. A bit unfriendly too. Also asked a male staff member if there was room for dinner in restaurant and he was quite unhelpful, and did not observe some other older patrons looking around for some help.

The standard has generally decreased from being excellent to good. Some services are no longer available, the lounges catering is not as large or as nice and the staff are less available. The room service menu is very limited and rooms are not cleaned unless requested.

Perfectly located for Central Station and Airtrain. The Buffett breakfast was incredible with an amazing amount of choices and great quality produce and service.

Unfortunately our room smelled damp and on our last day realised that there was water leaking through bathroom wall and the carpet along that wall was wet. This was reported on our departure, but wished we had have realised earlier in stayed and possibly could have moved rooms.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I used the Day Spa and I was very happy with the service and facilities. Loved the pool area as it was shaded by the building making it ideal on hot days.
