The beachside villa location and room.

No room service, meals, kiosk or even vending machine.

The room didn't have ocean view, what i expected. but turned out good as we watching the fireworks from balcony facing the Mandurah cbd which ended up great.

I would have liked pool service. order a drink or a cocktail. But good family atmosphere.

Bit noisy at night by passer-by people and that’s not the fault of Seashells. Just school holiday timing I guess!

The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the washing machine and dryer. I liked the fact that there were luggage trolleys available for me to transport my luggage to my room. The sofa in the living room was stylish and comfortable and the room was very spacious.

I asked for the quietest room available and was allocated a room closest to the lift and above the main road entry to the hotel. That was really disappointing. The towels were surprisingly thin and worn for a hotel of this rating. The edge of the desk in my room needed sanding - I kept catching my clothes on it. I reported this to reception on checkout and it was noted. NB. There were notices on walls about renovations that I was not aware of when I booked. I was not impacted, but I suggest you check this before you confirm a booking.

amazing views, clean place, has all amenities and basics including salt/pepper, tea/coffee and milk.

poor wifi connection. only one device can connect to the wifi at a time.
