Location is awesome, great views and breakfast was delicious

Staff were all lovely except my room was soooo dusty! I was sneezing the first night because my bed side tables with everything on it was covered in dust and when I rang and asked for my dusty tables to be wiped down when they came to make bed etc it was never passed on so I had to ring again and get some one to come up

Beautiful accommodation with stunning views of the snowcapped mountains, from our lakeside room with a balcony. The spa and sauna was nice to be in during the cold weather. The buffet breakfast was good.

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together. They both were very soft, one a lot more than the other and also dipped down more. I prefer firm matress, which made sleep uncomfortable for me. We stayed 2 nights, and one of the nights the carpark was full, which made us have to pack across the road. They must check, because we were only charged car parking for 1 night.

The bus stop and free parking across the road made it really handy. There is a spa and sauna which was nice to come back to at end of the day. The rooms and beds were huge and comfortable. It was a clean space and staff were good.

Some facilities such as pool area could be updated.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, outstanding staff, beautiful surroundings and featured well maintained facilities and grounds!

We could stay longer if it didn’t cost so much for a family.

The rooms were very spacious and modern with amazing views across the lake and moutains. We had two family suites with two rooms joining (four rooms in total). For our family holiday to celebrate a big birthday, the location, room and views were awesome.

Although the stay was really good, I think the restaurant could up their game on service and dinner menu options. The rooms weren't cheap, but for a special ocasion there was alot of space and views were stunning.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The only acknowledgement of this was a "happy anniversary at check in.

Breakfast choice was great. Lovely outlook from dining area. Bus stopped right outside hotel. So cheap to use. Quiet spot.

Alot of children in the hot tub even quite late at night put us off using it.

The facilities are exceptional. This definitely is the place to stay in Queenstown. There is no road noise or other noises to keep you awake, very quiet hotel rooms. Rooms are great value, food was excellent and staff very helpful.

Due to booking process being confusing I overlooked adding breakfast. I asked to add breakfast at time of checking in at the slightly discounted price but was refused. as a consequence we only took breakfast once during our stay. This was a poor decision by the manager as the loss to the hotel was greater than the discounted rate requested. The buffet breakfast was made anyway!

Great service

Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. When walking from the town centre the hill to property was pretty steep !!

We enjoyed the close convenience to town. Most of the staff extremely friendly and polite.

- Windows not double glazed so road noise was an issue, - WIFI was useless, unreliable if I was here on business - We weren’t given the forest room I booked weeks in advance. - Hidden surcharge was added when we booked in.

Our room was Fab, quiet with super views over lake/mountains- very convenient to town- lovely breakfast- would highly recommend!

The room was lovely and clean, the beds were super comfortable and the setting is just wonderful. A quick walk into town as well. The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating.

I would have liked more options for herbal tea.

The hotel was in a great location within a nice short stroll to the town center. Great views of the lake.

Room seemed well equiped for cold weather but not for summer with no air con or fan. It was a bit of a hot box on sunny days. Bathrooms a bit dated with low ceilings so not ideal for a tall person trying to shower.
