View was amazing.

There was nowhere to was dishes despite there being a microwave. Room was tired a d needed a good lick of paint.

Lakeview room

Hotel is a bit old, mattress going soft and noisy when turning .

it was very handy as I needed to be near town centre and the staff were absolutely lovely. I had a late arrival and the staff were very accommodating.

Some noise in the middle of the night, reception staff told us about heating system on fault and it will be fixed asap.

Great location with excellent view of the lake. The unit was spacious and the owners were very friendly. plenty of car parks onsite. Walking distance to the town centre.

Possibly some upgrade to the room is needed. Would recommend to install a fan extractor and a heating unit within the bathroom. Noise can be heard from next door intermittently, maybe a notice/sign advising people to keep the noise level down after certain hours would help.

Close enough to walk to town but not with the expensive price tag. Loved the spacious rooms and the gorgeous view. Hugely appreciative of hosts who sent my ear buds back when I accidentally left them them in the room. Thank you!

Beautiful views, friendly staff, warm rooms with comfortable bed. Nice and close to town and attractions/activities.

Breakfast options weren’t available, but staff pointed us in the direction of restaurant at property across the road.

It was within walking distance of town.

The price listed did not include VAT and after an additional surcharge on using a credit card became quite expensive. The building is old and showing obvious signs of neglect. (See photos.) The emergency fire escape was blocked by stacked furniture. There was no fan in the bathroom. The shower screen shrieked like a banshee when moved.

parking is a bit tight for bigger vechiles, the range hood fell off the wall whilst no one was touching it and turns out was barely connected to the wall to begin with

There were no kitchen cloths or tea towels for cleaning or drying any dishes, the beds were very uncomfortable
