Odore di fumo di sigaretta nella struttura che si sentiva anche nella camera nonostante noi non fumiamo

Rooms are clean and quite. Close to the port and 15 min away from historic center (walking)

Gym is very small. Neighborhood is not nice.

I was surprised hotel copied my ID, it,s not allowed in my country.

Had to book in last minute (1 hour notice) due to travel issues. Very easy Check-in, comfortable & good location. Staff were very friendly & spoke great English. Was only going to stay for 1 night but enjoyed it a lot so ended up staying for both nights and cancelling my other accomodation. Super clean & comfortable.

I like the port view with the cruiser coming in in the morning and leaving in the evening.

Nothing really, we weren’t here for a holiday just resting for a couple days before continuing to our next destination.

We enjoyed our short stay at Holiday Inn. It met with all the normal expectations for an IHG hotel.We had a room at the front with a great view of the water. It was within walking distance to most places along the sea front.

Our stay included breakfast which again was fine. My only complaint would be the lack of staff when it was really busy as food was not replaced in a timely fashion.

Cleanliness, friendly staff. Nice room design. Good breakfast.

Tub drain didnt work, was fixed too late didnt have time to use tub. One day the towels werent replaced with new ones.

Breakfast was basic, staff very friendly, room was excellent at 7th floor. Great view facing the harbour! subway was free of charge and you could go to downtown to visit Aquarium!

Unfortunately, it was a strong smell in the room, maybe from cleaning products

Early check in (1100) was accomodated. Michele was very nice and was pleasant to check in with.

The first front desk clerk we talked to was not so friendly, we arrived at the early at 0900 and asked for early check in since we arrived by plane from Naples, Italy. Hotel Parking was challenging. I didn't like that you were charged for orange juice for breakfast. If breakfast was included in the room charge why do you charge for orange juice?

very clean, pleasant staff and next to the pier also a short walk to central station. Grocery store across the street too

Staff as great. Location is good too. You just have to lift your eyes from the navigation and watch the road signs to find the parking once you get close.

The extra bet was not good. Not at all. I do not like booking to sell it as a room suitable for two plus a child. I'd expect this extra bed to be on par with the main one, which was in fact very comfortable.
