The room had a strong smell coming from the bathroom, the internet access was not intuitive, the TV did not work proprtly, the entire location needs urgent upgrades

Almost everything; can it really be a three star hotel?

Overslept the breakfast, but the area for breakfast didn't seem very tempting. The staff is friendly, but the hotel didn't undergo a major renovation in 40 years. They just painted etc.

I like the concept.

Good central location. English spoken by staff. Clean. Comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Good Gym.

Good for one night

The restaurant next door, that the hotel is connected with, has an average if not poor service. The food is good. They don’t seem to care about customers and expect a tip when paying the bill.

The location is very well situated for walking to coffeehouses, pubs, mall and other shops,restaurants and local sites of interest.

One staff member told us that since we were checking out at 5am we could take some sandwiches and drinks in lieu of the breakfast we would miss. When we checked out the young man did not know of this so we left without it.

Breakfast selection was good. There was a selection of the basic continental breakfast - sausages, eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruits, cereal, bread, etc. The bedroom was equipped with hairdryer. Shampoo and body wash were also provided. The location was fantastic! It was right smacked in the city centre. Close to many restaurants. Customer service was very helpful.

No hair conditioner. Late checkout is possible with extra payment.

Good selection of items for breakfast. Room was clean and quiet.

Parking while available wasn't clearly explained by desk.staff (ie you have to pay at kiosk). Got a ticket. Facilities showing age but were maintained. No usb connections in room.
