Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast on our trip. View was very good - when the rain stopped ! Access to Oslo was good once you worked out how to pay for the I-Bane tickets.

It was a pity that we had to pay extra for the use of the hotel swimming pool. Dinner menu a bit restrictive.

This hotel is a gem! When we drove up to the hotel, we were awed by its appearance: reminiscent of a stave church! The view of Oslo from the front porch is amazing. The breakfast is best we had on our 12 day trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Instalações do hotel são excelentes, muito bonito e bem decorado. Bar e restaurante com ótimas opções. Muito bom para jantar. Lugar incrivel, ao lado do parque de Sky. Quarto grande, bem equipado e confortavel. Fica longe da area central, mas a proposta era mesmo passar um dia no parque ao lado.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel prenotando all'ultimo minuto, attirati sia dalla recente "rinnovazione" del luogo sia dall'ottima posizione. Ad Oslo non ci sono auto che girano, solo mezzi e taxi, quindi abbiamo dovuto per forza di cose trovare un alloggio non in centro. Devo dire top scelta riguardo alla posizione: c'è un parcheggio molto comodo se avete l'auto che è gratuito fino alle 48 ore (non è dell'hotel ma a pochi passi dall'hotel), poi per andare ad Oslo abbiamo preso la metro e in meno di 20 minuti sei in centro (7,14€ scaricando l'app). Non sono rimasta del tutto soddisfatta della stanza perché era per disabili, quindi la doccia parecchio scomoda, tra cui doccino rotto e un po' di acqua da tutte le parti. La stanza non era quella in foto difatti faceva parte della "vecchia parte" dell'hotel. A conti fatti però tornerei, anche perchè la colazione era generosa e ben rifornita. Non posso giudicare altro ma lo consiglio per chi vuole visitare Oslo. Tra l'altro c'è veramente una vista pazzesca dal parcheggio dell'hotel. P.S. è un hotel molto turistico.

La vista dalla camera non era fantastica, quindi tenevamo le tende chiuse anche per privacy. La luce era molto fioca così facendo tuttavia.

Die Zimmer sehr sparsam eingerichtet, eher für Sportler geeignet, zum entspannen weniger, die Betten klein. Beim frühstücken musste man sehr früh kommen ansonsten gab es keine Brötchen oder Obst mehr.

La qualité du service. Un petit déjeuner fabuleux. Un accès au spa. Le bar à vin tees sympa et l'emplacement idéal pour assister aux épreuves de biathlon

The location is beautiful and the lobby is very nice.

This is more a factory than a hotel. There is no check in before 15, but our room was filthy (dead flies, dust) so clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was water running down the walls into the carpet in the stairwell and the breakfast is industrial, with lots of poor quality food. Everything is an extra charge - pool, parking, early check in. Super location, but you can do better for the price.

The hotel pleased us at check-in with a nice surprise on the occasion of our wedding anniversary The view from the hotel window is incredible! The breakfast was amazing! If I am in Oslo again I will definitely return to this hotel. Definitely recommended!

Everything was so beautiful and everyone was so awesome and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much and we definitely share the amazing experience with friends. Beautiful views and great walking trails.

I asked a simple question about why there was no tissue paper in my room to take care of a “running nose”. This question was asked at the check in desk. The receptionist (male) had to discuss this with his fellow colleague. He abruptly dismissed my query to take care of another quest who was dressed in a suit. Eventually when house keeping came to my room to do their daily chores I inquired about the tissues and without hesitation my dilemma was resolved. The breakfast situation is quite chaotic. Many people helping themselves to the food which is normal. One must be alert as to watching not to bump into fellow quests when choosing their food and delivering one’s plate to their table if one can be found. I would suggest to arrive at the start of the breakfast time frame when it is less chaotic! The Scandic Holmenkollen went under an extensive renovation past few years. Previously during 2017 I stayed here. The Quality of customer service certainly has declined since then. I would suggest other lodging choices in the Holmenkollen area that provide excellent customer satisfaction! Booking.com offers those choices.
