WYŚMIENITE śniadania. Bardzo bogaty Szwedzki stół. Bardzo bogaty wybór soków/napoi w tym maszyna do wyciskania na świeżo soku z pomarańczy. Spełniono moją prośbę o pokój z widokiem - dostaliśmy pokój na najwyższym piętrze z widokiem na zatokę.

ZIMNY basen. Koszt, ale jak na ten kraj to norma.

Frokost og bassenget

Resepsjonen den første dagen var ikke særlig høflig og vi fikk ikke en god velkomst, men de påfølgende dagene var veldig bra. I tillegg skulle bassenget være åpent til klokken 18, men siste dag under oppholdet slo de av lyset i bassenget klokken 17.30 uten forvarsel.

Gute Lage, nahe dem Wasser. Die Zimmer sind okay. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Frühstück war exzellent und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei.

excellent breakfest

The breakfast was incredible - best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Worlds greatest buffet breakfast - had no expectations of a breakfast but ended up being one of our best meals in Europe.

No bar fridge in the room seemed odd, might be normal for Norway, not sure. They were happy enough to provide us an ice bucket to cool our wine though so no issue.

Would be nice to be able to lower the temperature in the room. Seemed possible but couldn’t feel any difference after setting the temp to 10 degrees over the night.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was good and there were many options. The pool and sauna were nice and clean and the gym was well equipped. We really liked the hotel lobby shop which was very convenient.

While milk alternatives were available, we would have liked some non dairy yogurt and some fresh berries! It would be good if towels were provided in the pool area instead of having ti bring them from the room

Overall ok, however, there are potential for enhancement. The suites in the older building looked excellent but did not have air-condition. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning was good. Overall the breakfast had what we needed and we enjoyed it very much. The spa and pool area was great, big enough for the people attending the area at the time for our visit. It would have been nice to have one lane for just swimming though. Parking, at a reasonable cost, was close and good. Close to many good restaurantes, shopping, and green areas.

There are potential for enhancement. The suites in the older building looked excellent but did not have air-condition. That was a huge dissapointment. We transfered to a suite in the newer building, that did have air-condition, which was a MUCH smaller room. During the first night we found out that the air-condition sounded like a train coming through the room but at that point we decided to stay and not ask for another room again. The bathroom was on the small side for two people. The toilett seat will have to be changed, it does bot fit. It also made you slide back and and forth if you moved. Not good. When walking between the different buildings, breakfast and so on, at several occasions I was near to stumble and fall. Many hight differences in the flooring not good for us and even worse for persons with disabilities. At breakfast the omelette station was closed due to high staff cost - this should have been more clearly stated at the time for booking or at least informed at check in. Overall the breakfast had what we needed and we enjoyed it very much. The spa and pool area will not be big enough during wintertime. It would have been nice to have one lane for just swimming though. Hotel parking is way too expensive when staying a week as we did.

very close to the center. comfortable beds and pillows. breakfast was nice

rooms were very hot, airco didn't work. bathrooms were very tiny and dated. we chose the property because it has a pool, but then at the arrival we were told that because of bank holiday we cannot use it for 2 days. Breakfast was served only from 8 am which is not perfect for family with kids. the displays in the hallway looked dusty.

Delicious breakfast, very clean and relaxing pool area

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. I personally liked the fact that there was a variety of whole foods, including avocados. The room was also very clean with a beautiful view of the park and bay area. The personnel was very friendly. The whole experience was great.
