Clean and had all we need to cook and wash laundry

The lights in the bathroom are way too bright with one setting. We didn’t have our room serviced or change of new towels when we got back from a long day out. We paid for 3 people and we weren’t allowed to use the sofa bed cause we had to pay $25 to use it per night and they expect us to use the one bed to share in the room, that is just ridiculous and I’ve stayed at multiple hotels and they don’t do this!

We came to bike all the bike trails, therefore it was the location.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Was great to have cooking facilities and a washer/dryer to use. The spa bath was also an added bonus.

Unfortunately, the room we were in overlooked a new carpark being built so we missed out on the view, but other than that, everything was great.

Loved being able to view the ocean, even though it was a small part of it from the side

Had a bit of trouble getting the heatpump to work as it took about 5 minutes before it started up

Room size really surprised us. Excellent.

Could not access gym freely. A key from property manager was required and only at restricted times. Very odd.

Great location, spacious and clean.

The step into/out of the spa/bath/shower was a bit of a death trap. There is a warning but don’t get that room if you have any mobility issues. It’s a very big step out, and both the floor and bath are slippery.
