staff was very kind and answered any questions we asked about the area ect. the hotel is presentable breakfast was amazing!

on arrival we was given a room with no aircon, which is one of the main factors of the booking for me. was told that a manager would be contact and rooms moved, nothing happened. we had bugs in my room a few times. a big tree was outside our room. never opened the window. English tv didn’t work, never tried to resolve it for us. pillows we’re VERY soft. not much variety on the evening menu so only had a Caesar salad for lunch once.

Calm, clean, bright colours, large room and corridors. Very nice and attentive staff. Nice breakfast, also with healty things like fresh fruit and oats.

The curtain was of really darkening quality but didnt cover the window totally. Not the hotels fault but there seems to be no restaurants in the area and the hotels restautant closes early (19:00 on Sundays).

We had an amazing stay here. Particularly liked the delicious breakfast! Nice personnel, quiet green area around, private parking and public transportation nearby. All in all, we could not wish for more.

The hotel was very quiet. The room was big. The staff was friendly.

The water pressure on the shower could be better. The pillows were too soft fory taste.

I love this hotel. It's a real 5 star hotel. Great garden, rooms, staff. And their Cesar-salad is the best ever! A must have!

I think it's way to much to charge 29 euro/night for our dog. We have travelled with her all over Europe and normally there is no charge. And if there is, max 10 euro/night.

room is clean and parking is convenient with E-chargers. surrounded by wood, nice place for biking, walking or jogging. Can hear birds singing from the room.

During booking we asked specifically for quiet room. Since No extra bed possible in the double room, when check-in we requested another single room, but it’s facing to busy road, it was noisy on Monday morning starting 4-5AM.

The staff was perfect and acommodating.

The breakfast was okay, but not much choice for people on a special diet. The beds was comfy and the room was big with balcony (which are shared with the neighboor rooms). There are Tesla Superchargers right outside on the parking lot.

I was put in isolation my first day in Hamburg due to a positive COVID-19 test. The staff the first night was really kind and called my room several times to check if everything was okay and if we needed something. But the staff for the last night was terrible. Our door was barricaded with a big table. The staff did`nt think that there would become a issue in case of an emergency like fire or something like that. It is dangerous to barricade someones door like that, especially when I was only in my room during my isolation. The staff on the last night/day also changed the rules several times and started to make up their own rules that was not in cordination with the Health department in Germany and the information I had got from them. This was my second stay in this hotel, and unfortunatly this would most likely be my last.
