La gentillesse du personnel. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner. L’ambiance cosi. La chambres est fonctionnelle et agréable. La proximité des commerces et du centre et d’un super restaurant gastronomique à 1 minute à pied.

La sdb est petite (avec le wc) mais si c’est pour 1 ou 2 nuits c’est suffisant.

Emplacement : tout proche de la cathédrale et du centre. Propreté irréprochable Petit-déjeuner très agréable

Rapport qualité/prix : chambre très chère vs sa taille et sa déco assez "standard". Pas de place au Parking de l'hôtel. Le café à disposition dans les chambres : très mauvais ! Le cadeau d'accueil : mini sachet ours Haribo...des "printen" auraient été plus appropriés à Aachen ;-) !

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles hat in Schrank und Kommode gepasst. Auch der Kühlschrank war ein willkomenes Plus nachdem wir bei Lindt ein gekauft hatten. Im waren genug Aufhänger vorhanden, leider hatten die Handtücher keine. So wurden die Handtücher auf der Ablage oft unnötigerweise gewechselt. Die Lage war sehr zentral und durch die Schallschutzfenster auch total leise. Wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß erledigen. Die Aussicht war nicht toll, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Auswahl groß. Die Frühstückszeiten waren auch für Langschläfer passend.

Wie oben schon erwähnt, die Aufhängmöglichkeit der Handtücher. Sonst fällt mir nichts ein.

An old hotel but common in Europe

It is a fine hotel located close to the centre of Aachen, with a 10 min stroll you can easily reach the old town and enjoy some more cosy scenario. The staff was really attent and helpful, answering any questions we had either about the city or petitions for the room.

The room felt a bit small and it was very hot inside.

We loved this hotel as it was so dog friendly. Very clean. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Fab location

An absolutely brilliant lady on the reception desk (blonde) who could not have been more helpful. She is a credit to the company and the attention she gave would make you want to return. Secure parking was available as indicated. the location is short walk to the Alt Stadt centre and the shopping area.

Breakfast was expensive compared to local cafe options.

the plastic covers on the mattress made the bed a bit like sleeping on a waterbed. if you are going to have these you should at least have fitted sheets

Breakfast is wonderful with plenty of options. The room is comfortable and pretty. Location is close to the ty center.

All TV channels were in German except from the international news broadcasts.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and strategic position near the city centre ! What esle to add, just perfect ! Even parking lots are available inside and outside the hotel, so no need to worry.

Is not a good staf they pikked my money for garantie i dont smoke in the room en they said you r smoking in the room i was with my wife en i never smoke in the room with my wife en in the reception piked mij money 130 room plus 150 garantie en i was in the hotel for only 5 hours

Location is great.

Car park is not at the hotel, need to walk about 200m. Not convenient. The single beds were very narrow. Would be great to have wider beds.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet, staff very friendly, little rooms but you have all you need, excellent breakfast. Close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops, old town. I will come back with pleasure!

Parking

Quite a modern and freshly renovated hotel. Centrally located. Clean and comfortable rooms. We got two connected rooms for a family with two kids. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, tasty, and nicely served. Personnel of the hotel was friendly, attentive, and test to support. The hotel has an underground parking 3 min walking distance.

Didn't quite like the soft bed, and not sure the advance check-in with app really shortened the in-person check-in on arrival.

All staff friendly and very helpful (printed boarding pass, found lost phone charger) and the room was perfect for my needs. City centre easily accessible and handily the Bushof is just next door.
