It's an amazing hotel! The breakfast buffet was divine, the staff are so friendly and overall, I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel went above and beyond and for my birthday were so cute, that they left me an amazing chocolate cake in my room - this is beyond lovely and I have never had this from any hotel I have stayed out. The staff made my stay even better, from the front desk to the concierge

It is a bit dated but situated on the beach was nice.

Food and drinks very expensive but I suppose that is Dubai in general.

Loved staff members,specially Mr goutham Miss yashika , Mr zahid and Mr sagar were amazing. My 4 year old son enjoyed the most.

The delay in check in The breakfast buffet is limited

The resort is one of our favorite places in Dubai. It has a nice beach, pools, spa and restaurants. The team is giving impressive support especially Shoukkath who made our check in experience amazing and accommodated all our requests during our stay which was very convenient. During checkout, Denys was very cooperative and also booked a taxi for us to the airport Highly recommend and will definitely come again.

1- pools timing in summer time. The pools should not close at 7pm since the weather is really hot. At least it should stay until 8 PM. 2-few of the staff driving the Golf Car drive very fast and irresponsibly. Our luggage flew out of the car because the driver took a left turn at full speed. We were also about to fall off the car but luckily we did not. Our luggage was scratched badly and we had a new bag with us. We were lucky that the bags did not fall in the water. We did not file a complaint as the driver was very polite and apologized. But we noticed the same style of driving multiple times with different drivers. We recommend that the hotel electronically limit the speed of the vehicles as they are operating inside the resort, or monitor the drivers to drive carefully and slowly. It's recommended to tell the driver in advance to be careful and drive slowly especially if you have luggage. 3- the Spa is closed until further notice so hope it will be open during our next visit 4-The beach area is under renovation, which hides the nice view, but at least the beach is open. We love the hotel and we will be back, the above feedback is only recommendations to improve something which is already very nice.

wonderful stay and amazing staff

Very tidy room in awesome location, food was also amazing with rich options. The décor was modern and stylish. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

the staffs were professionals and so good to us especially the Lebanese guy I don’t know his name he treated us so well and he makes sure our stay was good also there is a guy at the receptionist his name is shakuor I think I’m not sure he treated us good

the price was kinda of high actually

The staff on the beach told me that I couldn't get my own drink....I have to buy from the place it is supposed to be optional
