Ein kleines Hotel in ruhiger, zentraler Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Kaffeeautomat, Wasser und Tee sind ganztags kostenfrei nutz- bzw. verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Mein Souterrain-Zimmer ("Economy") würde ich nicht empfehlen! Es sollte kein Hotelzimmer sein. Auch wenn Ausstattung und Preis okay waren, ist das Gefühl, im Urlaub (2 Tage) im Keller zu wohnen furchtbar.

Very comfortable bed and bedding, complimentry coffee, very central for Castle, Mozart Platz and Mirabel Gardens. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, right next to old town Salzburg. We booked a family room, which was a good size for us and 2 kids. Hotel also had a breakfast area where they served excellent breakfast and had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate all day around. Special mention of hotel managers Dominic and his wife! They were excellent and went out of their way to help us with day tour plans and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Excellent location, helpful staff, great breakfast options.
Rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Shower was too small and several times hit the water handle by accident, sending scalding hot water out. Not safe.

Although it was a buffet continental breakfast, cooked eggs were offered and were very nice. Choice of buffet also very good. Reception staff excellent, especially tall girl with dark hair and glasses, sorry did not get her name, but she was lovely and very helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect — an easy stroll to the main pedestrian areas of Salzburg. The breakfast and staff were also wonderful!
The rooms themselves were pretty basic, but bed was comfortable and room was very clean!

is clean and organised , the lady at reception when we checked in was so helpful and accommodating, as well as Dominic..we left our luggage in the morning when we checked out, and came back to pick up our luggage in the evening we were offered for hot drinks, very friendly staff, definitely will recommend the this place, and also the area was accessible for transport..⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very pleased with this property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty good size for Europe. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect. The neighborhood around it had plenty of shops and restaurants. A short walk took you across the bridge to Old Town. The breakfast was wonderful!

Breakfast was really well priced at 12euro and the location was fantastic being within walking distance to all main attractions and 400m from the airport bus stop at Mirabellplatz.
Beds are really comfortable too.
Church bells ring quite early but I think you'll get that anywhere you stay in salzburg.

Great location but still at a very quiet street, the rooms were clean, all the receptionists were extremely friendly and we were impressed by the variety of the breakfast offered given the size of the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, classic hotel with character, in the heart of the city. Good breakfast.
It is a fun adventure to approach the hotel by car. Don't forget to ask for the new daily access code when you leave.
