Optimale Lage, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zubuchbar für € 21 / Tag. Reception immer besetzt, sehr nettes Personal. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, mit einem kleinem Doppelbett, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Aussicht auf dem Hinterhof. Für die 2 Tage ausreichend, für längere Aufenthalte nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Located just across the street from one of the two train stations in Genua, Genova Brignole. The hotel is located in a old building. There are some parts of the old hotel still left. That was nice, I recommend to use the old elevator that is located 1/2 stairs up from lobby to get a sense of it's history.
The hotel is located a bit outside the main city. It is only a 10-15 minutes walk to the old city wall. There are however some blocks you have to pass that are not so nice. Small rooms.

L' albergo è situato in un'ottima posizione, la struttura è esteticamente curata e la pulizia molto buona.
Quello che invece non ci è piaciuto è il rapporto camera-prezzo. Per la cifra che abbiamo pagato avrebbe dovuto essere inclusa anche la colazione, che invece si pagava a parte. Inoltre ci hanno messo in una singola riciclata come camera doppia con letto alla francese. Il letto era grande circa una piazza e mezza, in due non riuscivamo neanche a girarci tanto siamo stati stretti. Esperienza da non ripetere.

A beautiful hotel that has all of its original features but no bar, unfortunately it was still in situ but I open. Room dark no view and the tiniest of bathroom.

Easy to find and very walkable from the centre.
Elevator was quite small but not a massive issue. Room was a bit small but comfortable aside from that.

They gave me bed which was without headrest.

The staff were super helpful. A huge thank you to Marília, who works in the restaurant, very friendly and professional, excellent customer service. Breakfast was exceptional! Location was perfect, only 2min walk to the station.

The location was fantastic - literally just across the road from the train station, and many eating establishments within a few minutes walk.
The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Shower was hot and had good pressure.
The rooms could use better sound insulation. Whenever someone in a neighbouring room flushed a toilet, the sound of the water was loud in the wall behind the bed. Also noise from the corridor and from the breakfast room was quite loud but luckily it was quiet at night so it wasn’t a problem.

our room was very noisy - we were on same floor as breakfast and could hear them setting up very clearly each morning, people showering, a baby crying, stiletto shoes on marble floor. I think the old walls must be very thin.

We run out of hot water in the shower. I was cold in the night, but there were no extra bedcover in the room and I had to use a towel from the bathroom to not suffer from cold. When we left, we forgot a hair iron in the room, then I contacted the hotel a couple of hours later, but the hair iron was mistriously disappeared. Well, stolen, don't you think?

Perfect location. Very close to Genova Brignole railway station and the old town - city center. Walking distance to the port.
Very clean, warm and confortable room. The room was cleaned daily and we received sweets, salty snacks, still and sparkling water, juice and ice tea for free every day - highly appreciate.
The bathroom was too small for all the objects it hosted.
Not enough natural light in the room.
