Dreckig und heruntergekommen. Das Bad eine Zumutung. Ziemlich ekelich. Respektlos das den Gästen zuzumuten. Hat nichts mit den Bildern im inserat zu tun.

Great location, very clean and comfy room, staff were friendly and helpful with local places to eat / directions / keeping us comfortable throughout the stay
The room, whilst clean, was tired and in need of renovation. For example the paint is coming off the surfaces, the bedside table was not present on one side of the bed, and it felt very dated

The reception team are especially welcoming and friendly and speak English well. Francesco made suggestions of where we could visit and another colleague advised on places to eat in the evening. Even when very busy with guests, the team are very polite and helpful. The room was large and airy and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.. The location is so close to the Central station (2 mins walking with luggage) and you can still walk to the main tourist sights (20-30 minutes)
Essentially no complaints at all. I like a hot drink but I understand European hotels do not offer the use of a kettle. However there are numerous cafes nearby for hot drinks.
There is a well stocked mini bar in the room for cold drinks.

The closeness to the train station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Air con.
Room was small. No bar in hotel. Selection of teabags was poor, but the orange and turmeric flavour was nice.

Location : close to train station and people mover to the airport; also easy walking in Pisa: it was a great find!

The room had air conditioning that functioned well (seems to be an exception for the area) and was astoundingly quiet, especially considering the location. We were across from the elevator and the hotel was across from thetrain station and yet the room was absolutely silent.
The room had suffered some severe water damage: stained and warped floor boards, as well as major damage to the bathroom doorframe. The wallpaper was peeling/scraped in parts as well, overall the room just felt sort of dingy and neglected from a maintenance standpoint.

A typical business hotel. Parking garage available in a side street, for a fee. Right across central train station/bus terminal, but no noticeable traffic noise inside. About 15 minutes walking distance from the sights of Pisa. A large choice of restaurants very close. Friendly staff. We had two ~18 m2 room with king/double beds, both baths with shower/tub. Decent breakfast.
Rooms had some minor damages, but were very clean.

Close to the station. The staff and breakfast menu were great. Walking distance to the Tower

The rooms were a little tight but perfectly fine for a short stay overnight.

Location, next to train station close to airport you can walk to the airport it is very close, good breakfast, comfortable bed, good price if you compare it to Venice or Florence, very good gym is close to the hotel - Palestra
walls are very thin you can hear other guest, there was no gym so the hotel should cover entrance fee to a local gym

the room was full of dust , lots of small things which made the room look unfinished and poor quality. dirty lamp shade, dirty pillow cases, chipped bath and tiles , dirty grout you wouldn’t expect this from a junior suite

Balcony on the room. Location excellent right in front of the station. Staff very friendly and hotel very clean

The hotel is clean , well located and has great spacious rooms. The bedding is clean, crisp cotton and the bed is super comfortable. Tea/coffee supplied is great , a bottle of water and toiletries are great too for a short stopover.
The tv is wall mounted and has a selection of channels to view. The towels are soft and clean.
The bathroom flooded in 10 seconds ( obviously this has happened a lot as the floor is stained in the hall where the water has flooded a lot) my toiletry bag was soaked and a number of items ruined by the water.
The guest next door had his tv on LOUDLY ALL NIGHT LONG ….. the tv should have a volume controller as to not disturb other guests.
I did NOT sleep at all .
Even the workmen outside made less noise than this uneducated guest.
