Superbe emplacement de l Hôtel à quelques pas des Monuments (Tour de Pisa,Duomo,Camposanto..), personnel de la Réception très accueillant-souriant-serviable-disponible et compétent, fenêtre de la chambre avec vue sur la Tour de Pise-le Duomo et accès 24h à la terrasse avec vue sur l ensemble des Monuments Historiques et la Ville de Pise, Chambre spacieuse et très bien aménagée, avec salle de douche privative, Dame de nettoyage très gentille et professionnelle, Petit dejeuner varié et de qualité servi par le personnel de l Hôtel, aussi très professionnel.

Hôtel dans son jus depuis plus de 40ans avec beaucoup d’éléments cassés voir totalement rouillé dans la douche (qui fuyait).La chambre était très mal insonorisée vis à vis de la rue et du couloir. Petit déjeuner hyper industriel dans une grande salle déprimante. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé et bénéficie d’une terrasse avec une vue imprenable pour le reste il faut tout refaire.

Great location, lovely views, 5 min walk from Leaning Tower and many restaurants and bars located along the street. Very helpful reception staff. Also, lovely roof top terrace/bar/restaurant with views of Pisa. 20min walk from station.

There was nothing we didn’t like - a good standard clean room for one night with comfy beds and good breakfast.

Location was perfect for the cathedral, the leaning tower and some lovely restaurants.

The room was tired and in dire need of some TLC, wifi was very poor as well. Breakfast was quite limited too.

Pomimo, że taras widokowy jest zamknięty poza sezonem, można wziąć kawkę i tam spokojnie wypić, delektując się widokiem :)

A localização do hotel é fantástica. Fomos a pé para todo o lado e ainda assim, estávamos perto hotel.

This must be the only Grand Hotel worldwide that you can not repeat: CAN NOT reach by car. They expect you to carry your suitcases for a couple of hundred meters. And you can not leave suitcases in the car as crashing them is a favourite pastime in Pisa. Also, do not accept any room between 402 and 408 as above them is the famous sky terrace where people and later waiters will gladly scratch along the iron chairs on the ground, keeping you awake till the wee hours of the morning.

Location superb so close to the Leaning Tower and main parts of the city. Breakfast was excellent with good choice of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing as it provided views to all of the main attractions.

The Grand Hotel Duomo is a fantastically situated and equipped hotel. The facilities are great for use as a base when exploring the city. It is close to all the local amenities and sights, and the breakfast was fantastic. The rooftop bar was amazing and provided excellent vistas

Great roof terrace and bar with spectacular view of leaning tower and the cathedral.

First room allocated to us had no air conditioning which was not properly cleaned. Curtains coming off the rail. Once we pointed this out they did resolve the issue by offering a room which was in much better condition.

The location was amazing, close to the tower and the best restaurants in town

The bathroom was quite old and definitely not something you’d expect to see at a 4 star hotel. The shower was full of mold, the shower head was leaking and warm water had barely any pressure…

Friendly staff, air conditioning.

The hotel is in a poor state of repair. The quality of the breakfast was poor. The Wi-Fi was basically non-existent. The street was very noisy until late at night. There were no plug sockets in the room.

The rooms are a bit tiered and need of some refurbishment, that said as a room to be based/sleep it’s a great venue.

The location is perfect and the rooftop bar has a fantastic view of the leaning tower, duomo and baptistery, which is definitely worth a drink or two just for the view! We ate at the restaurant for dinner which had a stunning rooftop view across the city, cost around £90 and was delicious! The breakfast options were good and a bonus that they were included with the room.

We were on the fourth floor below the restaurant which meant you could hear everything from above. Also, the room was quite small, but it had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Wow ...what a view! They gave us a room with one of the best views of Pisa as a special upgrade for my birthday. There was a good selection at breakfast and the staff were friendly.

Toliet was a little tricky, I think the flush needed looking at.

Central location, staff really nice, breakfast good, very clean.

Bed was really uncomfortable and shower did not drain well. Unfortunately we did not sleep well but location was excellent.
