Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, großzügige Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war sehr unterdurchschnittlich, Aldi-Qualität. Sehr billige Details: einlagiges Toilettenpaper, Handtücher von Küchentuchqualität. Dafür war der Aufenthalt dann doch zu teuer.

O quarto foi realmente muito ruim (número 71), além do que não pode ser ligado o ar condicionado mesmo tendo sido solicitado à recepção. Péssimo custo benefício, o quarto em nada se parecia com qualquer dos quartos indicados no booking.

The location was very central. We had a lake view.

The traffic noise was bad. We were woken at 7am each morning with excessive noise from construction work right below our window. Our room/bathroom was very small. The mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were shockingly bad. Our neighbours were terrible noisy late at night, arriving back in the early hours, struggling to get into their room and bashing repeatedly against our door. This happened every night of our stay except the last. Our tiny bathroom had long dark hairs on the floor and in the corners. Very off putting.

The hotel is located right next Lake Como and we were allocated a lake-view room which was bright and roomy. The breakfasts were also excellent with a wide variety of offerings. It was nice to see a senior as the breakfast maitre

Рядом шла масштабная реконструкция набережной. Но это же временное явление. Парковка отеля маленькая. Если поздно заезжаете мест может не быть, а рядом парковки нет.

Blick auf den See und das Frühstück

Wir wurden trotz ständigem Kontakt nicht auf das Hochwasser des Comer Sees, welches 2 Tage vorher war, mit den damit verbundenen Problemen hingewiesen. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel und Parkhaus mit nur Einbahnstraßen und Sperrungen war nicht einfach. Selbst für Fussgänger war sehr viel abgesperrt. Auch wenn das Hotel für diese Misere nichts kann, war es für uns nicht schön. Vorab besser informierte Touristen stornierte. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet und wären dann lieber in einem anderen Jahr dort hin gefahren. Es wurde uns ein belegtes Zimmer zugewiesen, mit vollem Gepäck des anderen Reisenden. Das nächste Zimmer ließ sich zunächst nicht aufschließen und hatte eine einzusehende Glaswand zum Bad bzw WC. Muss man mögen und ist nicht immer brauchbar. Das Personal war etwas überfordert. Unsere gesamt 2 Zimmer waren unterschiedlicher Qualität und Styling.

Bathroom a bit cramped and I didn't like the old fashioned shower curtain that resulted in flooded floor no matter how careful I was. Kettle for tea making was supplied on request, but should be in room as standard in a nice hotel like this.

Good location , various breakfast , very helpful staff. In my room a shower was not together with toilet , but 1 m near it....a bit strange, but it's OK in the end.

There was no water cooker in the room.

Hotel was very clean and the room lovely. Right next to the station. Could take a ferry 100 mtrs from hotel.
