- hinter dem Hotel hat es gute Restaurants.

- ein Salamander ist in der letzten Nacht ins Zimmer gekommen…..
- die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche konnte man nicht richtig einstellen, unser Baby konnten wir nicht duschen weil die Temperatur von sehr kalt zu sehr heiss schwankt

Arrivate in struttura, dopo la registrazione e dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno (il pagamento di una sola notte già effettuato con la prenotazione) ci veniva comunicato che la stanza non era più disponibile per problemi sopraggiunti nella mattinata e che ci avrebbero trasferite in un appartamento lontano dalla struttura.
I cambiamenti e qualsiasi altra informazione riguardo la fruizione del servizio, già pagato, devono essere comunicati subito!!

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado pero no me molesto porque estaba fresco
Hay 2 rutas de bus la 71 y 492 mas cercanas, evita la 492 , la 71 pasa a unos pasos
El camino a la estación Roma Termini está llena de Grafiti, solo la recorrí de dia
No hay plancha de ropa pero no tuve problema

Śniadanie bardzo skromne, szkoda że nie przyrządzane na świeżo, na ciepło. Grzyb i zapach w pokoju nie był przyjemny.

Αρχικα με την είσοδο μας στο κατάλυμα μας έδωσαν λαθος δωματιο το οποίο δεν ηταν έτοιμο, οταν πηγαμε να μπούμε οι καθαρίστριες έβριζαν και φώναζαν πηγαίνοντας στη ρεσεψιόν. Μας έδωσαν αλλο δωματιο χωρις να μας εξηγήσουν καθολου πως λειτουργει το ξενοδοχείο πχ πρωινο το οποίο ηταν ενα κέικ που βρισκόταν εκει τουλάχιστον για τρεις μερες και λίγα μήλα. Καφετιέρα και βραστήρα, κακάο σκόνη και καφε καπουτσίνο σκόνη σαν επιλογη. Οι κάψουλες για την καφετιέρα χρεώνονται 0,70€ (μας είχαν δώσει 4 δωρεάν) Τιποτα παραπανω. Αυτο ηταν ο μπουφές που πληρώσαμε. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!! Οπως Επισης μας έφεραν ενα καλάθι με συσκευασμένα κρουασάν απο σούπερ μαρκετ μαρμελάδα και γκοφρέτα.
Καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη 5 μερες δεν σφουγγάρισαν ουτε μια φορα! Λεκές που υπήρχε απο την πρωτη μερα (σκιά ματιών που μου έπεσε κατω) ηταν ακομα εκει οταν φυγαμε. Η τουαλέτα δεν ειχε εξαερισμό και μύριζε η αποχευτευση και κατα συνέπεια όλο το δωματιο! Ευτυχως έστρωναν το κρεβατι και άλλαζαν πετσέτες. Το τελευταιο βραδυ δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερο ουτε για δειγμα. Αλλα ουτε ρεσεψιόν για να απευθυνθούμε (αυτο βέβαια το έγραφαν στο προφιλ τους.)
Σαν παροχή στο δωματιο εμφανιζόταν οτι υπαρχει μπαλκόνι καφετιέρα βραστηρας κλπ αλλα μαλλον ξέχασαν να διευκρινίσουν οτι δεν θα ειναι στα δωματια αλλα γενικα στο ξενοδοχείο. Πολυ κακο ειλικρινα!!! Εχω μεινει σε αρκετά ξενοδοχεια για διακοπές ηταν μακράν η χειρότερη μου εμπειρία. Λυπαμαι τα λεφτα που τους έδωσα!

La struttura è situata vicino l’università Sapienza, perfetto per chi deve alloggiare nelle sue vicinanze. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile nell’accogliere le nostre richieste.
Le camere sono giuste per dimensioni, soprattutto il bagno con una doccia molto spaziosa. Ottima la pulizia. La colazione è stata sufficiente sia per la box disponibile in camera sia per il mini buffet nella terrazza.
Il letto piccolo di lunghezza.

No towels every dan but every 3 day, not making room every day but every 3.day. we paid 460 eur for 4 nights ,i espect to get every day cleaning room and fresh towels. We paid for breakfest and got 10 days old croasans in room, apple and juce....definitly Do not go to this hotel

Position of hotel is located close to Termini station and hotel room was clean. Hotel services was good. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful.

Perfect location
Complete rip-off. For 130 Euro/night (I stayed one week) - no AC (it was super hot record week with daily temp 40+ deg), no fridge in room. I haven't red room description, but for this price I never thought that it will not be AC or fridge. Self-service breakfast with a pile of long-lasting food in my room for one week in advance! Hotel does not have iron to borrow! They advised me to find laundry on the street to iron my shirt!

No AC in room. It was impossible to sleep in the morning because or noises in hotel. Garage was not in hotel but somewhere else and costed 20 euro. We had to leave or keys in garage. No reception after 7pm. Breakfast was served 1 day before and were croassant and chips. I do not recommand this hotel.

Good terrace
Hard to find, dirty, in an old building - the bathroom is terrible, the personnel is impolite, completely disorganized and extremely expensive for what is worth. It shouldn't be a hotel, maybe a 1-star motel is more likely.

Staff was very nice and had accessible transportation. The hotel is also near a few restaurants, making dinner or lunch very easy.
The room advertised air conditioning, but it didn’t have any and it poor air circulation. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. In addition to the heat, the beds were very firm and it felt like sleeping on the ground. The breakfast that’s advertised is a little misleading as it’s just some juice, coffee, and bread in your room. Although the location is near the train station, you are a little bit outside of Rome (15-20 mins) and the train station is sketchy at night.

the hotel met expectations. We use buses and trains to get around. There are some restaurants and cafes close to the hotel, we really liked it. the reception always pleasant .. and the cleaning too
The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms don't have air conditioning, just a small fan. it was very hot, it was difficult to sleep, even with the window open it was complicated.

The Staf was fine, the location not so far from the mais station, however did not seem very safe.
The bed feelt like bricks, there is no AC, they texted me 2 days before my reservation saying that my room had a shared bathroom, when that was not explicit at all while booking. No easy access, no elevator, only long stairs. Rooms have very thin walls, so you can listen all other people’s businesses. Me and my grupo didn’t feel safe, however it was the “cheapest” hotel we could find. Don’t recommend any way.

Althought we paid our money. I told that they get cash money and they told unblock your payment howeer, I have not recieve the money for 1 month. When I call them that they said we paid and it not our business and my 410 euro disappeared. I am really disappointed it.

The only good thing about this hotel was the outdoor terrace and the bed was comfortable.
The staff are not really helpful except the owner, she resolved my payment problem. The main door gets locked, so they will give you keys to enter from an emergency exit. No elevator, be ware.
The bathroom was shared and that was not stated in the hotel facilities unless after you book, it was mostly occupied as the hotel was full so a shower was something to plan. Depends on your room.
The coffee station is outside the terrace, so you need to get in and out to get it.
Oh and the floor was dirty most of the time.
Room 9 was also very noisy as the bar downstairs is just a nightmare in weekends.

Localisation was very comfortable because it was 5 min via scooter to Termini (main train and bus station). Also we use scooters to get to another parts of city center.
-Noise - out of the room is a main street with big traffic (also at night) and a noisy street-bar (just below of our room's window) with late-night parties.
-In our offer we saw that breakfast is included in the price of the room. During check-in we were informed that at our room we had prepared breakfast for the whole stay. It were croisants (around 20 pieces) and a carton of juice.

The hotel is clean, the doors are easy to open and lock. The bathroom was clean even though it was shared. The room was spacious.
The location is a bit over 1km from the nearest metro stop so staying in Rome for a long time can get a bit tiring when you walk the same route all the time. We paid extra for the breakfast but it was only some cookies, marmalade and croissants in the room. So don't expect a buffet breakfast.

We waited outside because the reception was closed (at 14:00 hours) and we had to phone call. In the room was cold during the day and night, the antique heating sistem was turn off by the owner. The breakfast is a croisant, butter, coffe, milk and juice. The bed blankets where really old and ripped with holes in them (really desgusting). We could hear the neighbour's tv and snoring trough the thin walls at night (not too much sleep for us). The ceilling was falling apart from the humidity. The shower was really small. After I left I received many messages (whatsapp and booking messages) to leave a 9 or 10 reviews.
The whole place did not look like in the pictures and it needs some serious investments to become a decent place.
I would avoid the place next time for sure.
