Checking in and out was easy. Staff very knowledgeable with taxies,buses and recommending restaurants in Siena.

Waiting one and a half hours for dinner on Tuesday evening. It was most annoying as I had a guest in for dinner. The Sea Bass was not fresh and was only about two mouthfuls. The canapés in lounge were edible and our potatoes were burnt. Neighbours Dogs barking very loudly waking us up about 7am most mornings.

beautiful traditional Italian country house hotel. All staff were terrific; reception staff were really helpful and friendly (especially Sean originally from US). Breakfast good with waitress so eager to help and please. rooms are a good size with really comfy beds. Regular bus to Siena outside- buy tkts at Reception and be sure to queue on same side as hotel. Road outside hotel has no pavements so not advised to walk far but Pizzeria at local campsite is worth a try just a 5 minute (careful) walk away. All in all; a lovely hotel with lovely gardens just a 10 minute taxi ride away from central Siena.

The property is a stunning Tuscan Villa with amazing views towards Siena and the Tuscan hills and a lovely gardens. There is a perched patio area with a good amount of seats to sit and take in the stunning views. The staff very excellent very attentive and friendly, nothing was a bother for them. The food was lovely with lovely apéritif’s. Good buffet breakfast. Villa also has a pool which was closed for season but opens again in April. There is also a car park on the right as you go through gates to property. There is a bus stop outside property with 2 buses an hour into Siena for €1.50 a journey or there are always taxis which came in about 5mins.

Large size elegant room. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast buffet. Grounds around the Villa are beautiful. Easy to get to by car. Used a taxi to get to & from the city center...11 Euros each way.

beautiful country location overlooking siena. weather was beautiful and allowed for use of outdoor spaces at the hotel. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good as well.

the only issue we had was that the bedroom was upstairs in a loft which made using the entire room a bit less convenient and made the room feel a bit smaller than it was. not a big deal.

It was lovely to be in a hotel just outside Siena. Easy to catch the bus into Siena town. Nice to be able to sit in a garden at the pool. The reception and dining room staff were kind and helpful.

The room was beautiful and romantic. All the decorations are beautiful and the green areas are relaxing.

No options in the menu restaurant for vegans , they try to resolve.

our shower fell apart the first day, then was repaired but was basically a dribble. The decor was fine but tired and outdated. The restaurant was very overpriced and not great, much better local options outside of the villa. Overall left us feeling disappointed for a somewhat expensive stay.

A boutique hotel set in beautiful well-established gardens located on a hill adjacent to Siena. Very comfortable and classy hotel buildings with a garden annexe comprised of split-level comfortable rooms. Evening dinners on the terrace were accompanied by live performances from a small string ensemble. We loved the hotel.

beautiful place with wonderful surroundings - Lovely mature trees and lots of different areas to sit and admire the view. Lovely pool with good shelter from the sun if needed. Room was lovely, slightly small but had everything we needed with good air con and a very comfortable big bed.

The menu was a little limited but overall, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The staff were so helpful, going above and beyond for every request. The hotel is a really lovely place, very peaceful and with lovely gardens and pool area

it was a little further into Siena than expected, we were advised not to walk but a taxi was only 13 euros
