Honestly reading the reviews got me a bit worried, but after I got to my room I wonder what people were complaining about. The rooms are clean and warm, great shower, it was also big enough for working and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, all varieties sweet and salty, freshly made too. Big reception that you can relax or even eat in. Staff were very friendly, I got some take out orders and Amazon deliveries, of which they helped me kept, or handed to my room. Location was a bit awkward but it's next to a bus stop which takes you to Metro Ponte Mammolo or going the other direction to Porta di Roma the biggest mall in the city. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was missing a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so the cleaning lady knocked everyday while we were sleeping. Also the room's temperature was a bit too hot that we had to have the windows open 24/7. The room was also not bright enough, some of the lights weren't working.

It was very dirty, the elevator smelled really bad. We had ants in our room and bathroom. Air conditioning was very poor and loud. The coffee and vending machines didn't work properly

Filty, from tip to toe. So much that it was Impossible also having a quick shower or a simple coffee for breakfast. Cherry on top, double rooms with "one and a half" sized beds.

Staff was very helpful and changed the rooms quickly. I was able to park my car for free at their property.

A.C didn't work. Sometimes the rooms were not clean. I had to change 3 rooms due to several issues.

The breakfast was good quality/price and the staff was very kind.

The parking and the area is good to reach the centre, breakfast is quite good and the lady that serves breakfast is very professional and nice. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

We were given only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights for a family of 4! I had to ask for more and the young lady at the reception was very rude! She said all you have to do is ask! I have to ask for more toilet paper???? Is it a youth hostel? She should of apologized!!! And at the end we never got the extra toilet paper, we had to buy our own!!!!! The rooms were not made, even if we left the sign out of the door. The toilet didn't flush properly and we found chips on the floor. Air conditioning and wifi not working.
