Representative hotel with decent room size. Amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool.

The bed was old and small for two. Location for walking oriented people not great. Traffic around could be heard in rooms.

Such wonderful staff and yes they were able to fulfill our requests...could not be more helpful

We had dinner there and server seemed harried...food was overcooked and bland but we were happy to have the restaurant as it was raining. There would be many restaurants in the area so I would suggest finding one!

The location was very good, central to transport, shops, local attractions and banks.

- Some unfriendly hotel staff. The receptionist on the first day was not friendly, she was civil! Even though I told her that my daughter was only 12 years old she still made her sign an agreement for the room and coldly said "If she has a passport she has to sign". My daughter has had a passport since she was 6 months old, so if she was 6 months or 5 years old would she still make her sign? The people checking in before me were Chinese with two children, and she did not insist that these children had to sign am agreement, so I felt this was racist towards me because I'm black. Also she didn't explain how the lifts work, she just pointed and said "The lifts are over there". - I have previously stayed at a low budgeg Hotel Ibis nearby Hotel Claridge in Puentes De Vallencas, this was not my choice as it was paid for by my ex husband who lives and works in Spain. Therefore this time I made my choice, and chose a more up market experience during this visit hence the reason for choosing Hotel Claridge. However most of the staff at Hotel Claridge could learn better customer service from the staff at Hotel Ibis, a low budget hotel! The staff at Hotel Ibis are exceptionally friendly, helpful, go above and beyond to help you, acknowledge you when they see you in the hotel and don't look at you as if you are not welcome there! I paid for my stay at Hotel Claridge it was not free! - It should not be assumed that everyone drinks coffee and only uses a Nespresso machine. This is the only hotel I've stayed in where one has to request a kettle and be treated as if "How dare you ask for a kettle?". The young man who brought the kettle was very lovely and seemed embarrassed by the directive he was given regarding delivering the kettle. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never seen this type of attitude towards a kettle in a room! - The beds were cheap and uncomfortable and kept moving away from the wall.

Unfortunately they are currently busy with renovations. Not their fault but just a factor for right now unfortunately.

O quarto era espaçoso, limpo e bastante confortável, o melhor q o hotel possui, os restantes serviços não tem a mesma qualidade.

Localização perto do centro de Madrid, mas fica fora da rota de turismo. Piscina pequena sem muito espaço para desfrutar da mesma. Jantar no restaurante com pouca variedade no menu e serviço demasiado lento. Estava em obras na zona de restauração, deveriam ter informado aquando o contacto. Estacionamento caro principalmente para quem fica muitos dias, deveria ser gratuito, ou no limite diluído no valor do hotel, caso contrário, o valor final da fatura fica bastante influenciado. Ponto positivo o atendimento na recepção.
