Las instalaciones ya se ven mal, las luces de nuestra habitación no iban bien, la cascada de la piscina estuvo apagada todo el dia ademas de la piscina ser extremadamente pequeña, demasiada zona chill out

Tiene un encanto especial. Muy original. La verdad que la atención por Sergio en recepcion fue super buena. Hice un viaje de ocio con mi hermana y nos encanto el sitio, los diseños y sobretodo todo Muy limpio y cómodo.

Igual tan solo propondria cambiar el secador que es uno pequeño de viaje en comparación a todo el encanto que tiene el resto de cosas.

El baño poco practico, la forma de la bañera, la ubicación de la alcachofa, poco practico.

Experiencia arquitectónica en 1a persona, con habitación de diseño de Zaha Hadid y ambiente único. Muy buena experiencia al recorrer todo el hotel y ver las distintas interpretaciones de espacio que han realizado los otros diseñadores/arquitectos. El baño de la habitación, simplemente de lo mejor!! Buen tamaño y comodidad de cama

El armario, integrado en la habitación, se queda pequeño para dejar ropa y maletas. Si acaban por la habitación rompen la magia del espacio. A estudiar...

Not 5 star service Reception waking me up in the morning by calling by room about room service I did not ask for I arrived back to hotel late at night and asked reception could I get water, they said No that I need to ring room service, I rang room service and they said ask reception for water, I just wanted water before bed and in a 5 star hotel I should not be told no. I pointed this out to reception when checking out and they could not have cared less. And still charged full price for 2 drinks which I think any other 5 star hotel would have let go given my experience with them waking me up ringing the room phone early.

Good position, the Observatory restaurant , the general design, the parking.

The staff, many of them, not english speaks( even the staff from room service) , poor breakfast for this kind of hotel; some design details on the 4 floor were unfunctional and unfriendly touch or shape, the fully glass bathroom without acustic insulation and intimacy, without a normal mirror in proximity of the sink, no toilet brush!!! . No paper tissues, no slippers or bathrobes, the minibar was empty, no armchair , only one metal chair…cold ambiance and pretty old, used metails/materials, poor cosmetics. Because of the windy weather and the traffic from the street in front the room was noisy.

El desayuno está muy bien, pero valoraría positivamente la elaboración al momento de tortillas al gusto y huevos fritos.

El funcionamiento del Parking Debería estar incluido en la reserva.

The room was very spacious and bathroom was nice. Also, great view of the city.

The refrigerator didn't work. There was a lamp which presented problem, but staff repaired it quickly.

The room was amazing we didn’t want to leave it. Every floor is unique and exciting to see. The rooftop bar is fun and the views are spectacular. The staff were super accomodation and very nice.

The location is a little bit far from the city Center but I pretty easy to get to via bus

It was an eccentrically designed, novel room and hallway that I had never stayed in before.

The design was quirky and the ceiling was not flat, so I sometimes hit my head in the room. I asked the receptionist about the bus stop, but to my dismay he said he did not know. The pool and pool side is closed and there is no outdoor space to relax outside of the room. Access is inconvenient and requires the use of a cab, rental car, or passenger car.

ventilation noise was not 100% to be turned off but acceptable pool was closed - many pictures of the pool on booking.com but what does it help if the pool is closed in mid May?? no water boiler or coffee machine in the room

For a 5 star hotel there is no pedestrian entrance/exit from the car ramp, it is a bit weird you have to walk along the cars coming/going There was also a misscomunication in between different teams (morning/ afternoon) which led to a couple of misunderstandings

Great service, fantastic design, restaurant and rooftop bar, room service and amenities are top-notch! It's our 3rd time there and every time we try to discover a new floor. 6th and 8th floor are our favs so far!

Shower could be a bit more spatious (6th floor. A bit more storage capacity. However, for a short stay it's perfect!

Interior design of the rooms and public corridor is nice. Each floor was designed by different designers.

Breakfast is expensive and quality doesn't match with the price. Only one control on the lighting control. It is a bit far from the main tourist spots.

The aritecture was very interesting and the rooms quite comfortable, the bed extremly (!!!!) comfortable, the view is also amazing

The TV and some lights were broken, although the TV was quickly fixed it broke down soon again. The gym was very small and not very well equiped.

large rooms with large bathrooms. I was at the 11th floor and it was quite despite the big streets nearby. you can switch off AC, which is good

no possibility for making tea and coffee in the room, adding a kettle would be a massive improvment to confort increase sustainability by reducing plastic usage
